The best food experience ever! If I could eat here everyday I would. My black and blue fish was out of this world. Highly recommend the the lava cake. Make sure you order it as soon as you order your entree. It's made fresh from scratch. Our waiter Raymond was the best. Soo professional. I would recommend asking for him if you book a reservation. 😊

We’ve been going to the Chart House for years. This is also our go to for special occasions. Last night we were really disappointed with the food. It definitely was not up to their normal standards. Everything was mediocre at best. The prime rib seemed like it’s been sitting around for a while & not much flavor. The au jus was so salty you couldn’t even eat it. I ordered the $9 green beans for my side & I probably got about 10 beans. My husband had cedar plank salmon & it seemed more like it was baked, there wasn’t even any char on the plank. We’ve definitely had much better there. Service was good like usual, waiter was very nice & attentive. We were celebrating a birthday & anniversary & they used to give you a dessert but we didn’t get anything. We each had 2 drinks, one dinner & one early bird special & our bill was $130! Don’t feel like we got our moneys worth on this visit.

The Chart House is beautiful and a wonderful place to have celebrations at. But I was not impressed with our server, Raymond. He was not very attentive. I ordered the peach shrimp and scallop entrée. The scallops were very small and way over cooked, and there were 6 of them. When I say tiny, they were about the size of a small grape. And then there were 3 regular size shrimp. I told our server, Raymond, about it. He did not offer to bring out scallops that were cooked properly, or anything else. His attitude was like he did not care. I ate two of the scallops but left the rest on my plate. For $38, I would have expected Raymond to offer something. My husband's grouper and rice were delicious ($48). Our meal was over $100 with one salad bar ($13) and one lava cake ($12).

My husband and I had reservations that we made a month prior. When we arrived the hostess was pleasant and sat us right away. When our waiter arrived he was very disconnected and had zero personality. We ordered drinks which arrived late and so did our appetizers. I asked for drawn butter with my oysters and it didn’t arrive until my last oyster was eaten. I ordered clam chowder and somehow a grape dropped into it. I wondered what else might have. The farmers bar was subpar and reeked of old fish. When our waiter finally returned to our table I asked to order my dinner and he ignored me. He eventually returned and my husband and I ordered our meals. My husband ordered filet mignon and the waiter didn’t even check to see if it was cooked correctly after it arrived. Definitely seemed to be rushed and ignored. When the bill arrived, we were charged for someone else’s drinks on top of our bill. Will not return and would not recommend, especially because it was so slow at the time.

Key West Spiced Grouper is amazingly delicious!! Grilled Watermelon + Feta Salad is terrible avoid at all cost! It needs to be taken off the menu immediately. Chocolate Ripple Mud Pie is awesome!Peach tea is very good. Water views are beautiful. Service was terrific.

We ate here last year during our Daytona trip to celebrate our anniversary and we bragged about it al year long and looked forward to the return trip this year. I got the prime rib and my husband got the Grouper with habanero pineapple sauce. Our reservation was at 630. We were seated promptly but we didn't leave until 850pm. It took forever to get our food. The manager never came to explain the reason for delay or offer anything. A $175 meal deserves more. Will find somewhere to go in February.

Location is nice. Service excellent. But the kitchen is clearly not run by professionals. Food took forever, was cold when it came out. Steak was overcooked, but most likely because it sat under a heat lamp for 20 min. Good and bad. But for the price it needs to be very good. Spent $300. Won’t be back. What is going for them is the lack of fine dining in the area. So they don’t need to be anything better than ok.

The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The chef came to the table to ensure our order was understood before he brought it out which was nice. The filet mignon was excellent. The swordfish was pretty good. The bar service was pretty slow as there was a new bartender. The drinks were tasty though. The food is pricey but it's a nice place for a special occasion with nice views.

Very bad experience; ordered crab cakes that came out cold; sent it back and waited 20 mins or so before getting the hockey puck aka Black and round and was asked if I wanted to try it…….. NO……. NOT EVEN A CHANCE IN HELL I WOULD TRY THAT ….. Very unimpressed unfortunately…….. I wish i was kidding …… Please if a manager wants to talk about it give me a call …..

The experience is always pretty good at Chart House. This particular night the dining room was a bit warm. Our wait staff was not extremely attentive and drinks ran dry several times, but the wait time was acceptable and by the end of the night we had all of the food/drink we ordered. Staff went above and beyond to fulfill my request for a custom printed menu, with the added flair of presenting that menu to the guest of honor. the food was tasty and the atmosphere was perfect. I would return for another meal without hesitating.

The food was very good, and served hot from the kitchen. Our server, Jennifer, is 5 star and added to our enjoyable evening. The wine list is decent, with plenty of affordable bottles. The only negative is that the dining room was too warm. It was a hot day. The thermostat needed to be set lower. It was borderline unpleasant in there.

The servers down at the bar and upstairs were so nice. I mean extraordinarily nice. The food was just ok. The presentation of the food was weird and unappetizing. You eat with your eyes first. And it looked pathetic and tasted just meh.

Certainly not what we're accustomed to here. Good things first. Promptly seated and server quickly arrived and took drink order. Lobster bisque was good, including portion size. My husband and one guest ordered prime rib. It arrived looking like a steak you'd get with eggs at waffle house. Paper thin and cooked to leather. Seriously can't believe it was served by Chart House. My filet mignon ordered medium, arrived well done. They offered to re-cook, I accepted. It arrived (20 minutes later)medium rare, but it was okay. No flavor, just tasted like a plain steak charred on outside. Mashed potatoes were just okay. Friend ordered twin Lobster tails, they were good, but she was told the accompanying veggie was asparagus. She received squash, carrots and broccoli, none of which she eats. No dessert offered for birthday. Will not return, too many other reliable options at a more reasonable price point.

The Chart House isn’t what it used to be. Expect for the expensive prices that don’t match the portions or quality of their food. The salad bar was a joke and on top of it, they had no bread. Instead they gave us crackers with some butter. Got the Ahi Tuna for an appetizer and had to return it because the tuna was literally well done. I ordered the $35 Salmon and they wanted to up charge me for asking to substitute the one side it came with. We went there on my birthday and they didn’t even bother to give us a small piece of dessert till my friend asked for just anything with a candle. I’m glad they had enough sense to light the candle at least. And no, no one sang me Happy Birthday, LOL. When I made the reservations, I made sure to mention that I had a service dog with me and requested a table that can accommodate him being out of the way. Guess what? They weren’t prepared and wanted to seat us somewhere that would’ve made it very difficult for us to sit and eat comfortably. In the end we had to wait for them to set something up. So if you’re going there for a “special occasion” or not, DON’T. There’s nothing special about the Chart House no more!

We booked a table at 5:30 on a Monday, wanting to have the early bird menu. We were seated and given only regular menus. I asked if we could have the early bird menu as well and were told they would bring them right over. We waited 10 minutes but nothing happened until our server came to take our order and we explained we did not have the menus we wanted. He then went and got them for us. Our waiter was excellent and we had no complaints about him. Two of us ordered salmon, one cooked on a plank and one just grilled, both from that early bird menu. In both cases, the salmon was over-cooked and quite dry. The other three in the party were happy with the food. The salad bar was good, as usual, although some items were missing, like anchovies for the Caesar salad. Overall we love the Chart House and the setting is beautiful, and we will return.

Don’t like leaving reviews that are less than perfect. Had high hopes for a nice birthday dinner for my wife. Party of 5 and requested a water front table. Got seated in front of the salad bar/kitchen a stones throw from the front waiting area. Foot traffic was horrible. Service was slow and took us over an hour and a half to get food. Dinner it self was wonderful once they got it close to correct. Manager and staff were polite but clearly trying to keep their head above water. Total time for dinner was a little over 3 hours.
