    We have been eating here every summer for several years. Typically, the service and food quality is excellent. That was not our experience this year. The salads were bland, and the prime rib was the worst I’ve ever had. Obviously, popular with the locals. Valet was full and they must be running a happy hour in the bar because it was packed. Dining room was fairly empty at 6:00 PM.

    The swordfish dinner was the best swordfish we’ve ever had and was cooked perfectly. Also the coconut shrimp appetizers were delicious as well. We had a delicious dinner with great atmosphere.right on the ocean.

    # Chart House Restaurant Cardiff - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our dining experience at Chart House Restaurant in Cardiff was absolutely exceptional, starting with Zack’s incredible flexibility in accommodating our last-minute reservation changes without any hesitation. The service throughout our meal was nothing short of superior. Kathy’s expert lunch recommendations were perfectly tailored to our preferences, and each dish she suggested exceeded our expectations in both presentation and flavor. The combination of exceptional food, superior service, and staff members like Zack and Kathy who truly care about guest satisfaction makes Chart House Restaurant Cardiff a destination we’ll definitely return to and recommend to others.

    Booked a reservation at this restaurant specifically because of the views. However, when we get there, we are seated upstairs at one of four tables with no view whatsoever. Additionally, the air-conditioning and ceiling fans were blowing so hard that it was uncomfortable. When we asked for them to be turned down, it was like pulling teeth. Finally, a manager came up and said, of course, we can turn this off. By this point we had already had drinks, appetizer, and our food was being delivered to the tables. These things happen, but the view part is unacceptable. There should be something when you book that states they only have obstructed view/no view tables. Super disappointing, and we will not be back.
