    First, the food was amazingly delicious! Can’t be disappointed by that. The service was the real issue beginning with the hostess. It appeared that the restaurant was short on staff and as a result the ball got dropped several times from waiting on a table to being served our drinks or refills. Our waiter was apologetic as the servers seemed to miss their service. At the end they f our dinner, it seemed apparent that the kitchen staff were brought out to clear tables and refresh the linens. Overall, it was a less than good experience for the price.

    The Chart House is a favorite place for a great dinner, especially the prime rib with mashed potatoes. We went there for the Father's Day special and they had a full house. The food and service were great. The prime rib main course was excellent as expected, and they had a delicious gourmet watermelon/berries/greens salad as a first course option. The desserts were great - key lime pie, lava cake were options. Looking forward to our next visit.

    My dad enjoyed his Father’s Day meal! The steak, shrimp, and mashed potatoes were delicious. My father could not stop talking about it. Sadly, I only eat chicken and vegetables. I told the waiter I was so busy that I forgot they always have a set menu. The waiter said we aren’t doing that today. Kindly, I said can you please ask and he said sure. ( I didn’t really like that felt like a burden) Emily came in and she was just so kind, caring, and real. Emily said how about we do this for you and seemed eager to help from the heart! Emily thank you for being you and caring. Overall, I have been going here for years and the staff has changed even up to the valet people.

    Lobster bisque, lobster and steak were Excellent. Desserts were good. Love the old brick and wood look.

    It was Allright. Cocktails were good. Food was good. I’ve seen better for these rates.

    Excellent as always, our server had the entire second floor to himself but still managed to be attentive. He also cracked our lobster table side and did a great job. All entrees were delicious and the drinks were well made. I’d recommend Chart House everyday of the week.

    We love the chart house. The food and service are always very good. We enjoy sitting in the bar area, its more comfortable and casual. I had the Sole on Fire! Terrific..and the tableside prep is great. The Landry's reward program is also a great incentive and one of the most robust dining rewards programs that I am part of. Thank you Chart House!
