   Our server was so nice and chill. He was very attentive when we asked him how the steak was a little undercooked, and if we could get it a little more cooked. The food was awesome—will definitely go back :)

   This was our first time to this Chart House in Boston First was surprised at how casual the restaurant was. There were people in shorts and tees. I was accustomed to short Coat and slacks Very nice restaurant. But a very loud communion party going on above us with children running and yelling up and down the stairs Our server was not very knowledgeable about the menu, I kept having to point to the items I wanted Food was very good, I had the prime rib and my wife had the lamb chops Also surprised our waiter never asked about my Landry's membership

   We usually love The Chart House in Boston. This time service was slow. Last time we got the history of the building from our waiter. My guest was looking forward to hearing that snd our waitress did not offer it. The shrimp cocktail did not seem fresh. The garlic mashed potatoes were dry snd tasteless. Would have liked other potato options. Otherwise, the filet mignon and lobster stuffed cod were very good. The building is beautiful.

   I’m so glad we chose this restaurant while in Boston! The food was amazing - I had surf & turf special. It’s a little pricey, but well worth it!

   I've been coming to the Chart House for years. I now find driving in for lunch is enjoyable: less traffic, less noisy; great luncheon menu with moderate prices; and excellent service. Plus the benefit of valet parking. The fish and chips were one of the best.

   Steak was fork-tender. Wine was delicious. We had a great meal. You are eating in John hancocks former counting house so, for ambiance,, what else needs to be said? The service was friendly and professional and fast. All and all, I would return with a group of friends anytime I am back in Boston.

   We have been coming to the Chart House for years to celebrate Easter. This year we found the quality of the food to not be the same. The Clam Chowder was not creamy and we all felt it was frozen and not freshly made. My son ordered the steak medium and it was well done. He ended up leaving 3/4 of it. I ordered the Chilean Seabass and I thought it was just OK. I should’ve ordered the prime rib which looked very good also the lava cake their signature dessert looks like they downgraded the size and quality. It was a bit disappointing for $600.

    Server was awesome. Had the lamb chops which I ordered medium rare and were little under cooked. Ordered the cheesecake, which they didn’t have. Great place, look forward to coming back.
