    Excellent as always, our server had the entire second floor to himself but still managed to be attentive. He also cracked our lobster table side and did a great job. All entrees were delicious and the drinks were well made. I’d recommend Chart House everyday of the week.

    We love the chart house. The food and service are always very good. We enjoy sitting in the bar area, its more comfortable and casual. I had the Sole on Fire! Terrific..and the tableside prep is great. The Landry's reward program is also a great incentive and one of the most robust dining rewards programs that I am part of. Thank you Chart House!

    Chart house is always amazing. Andres was our waiter and made our anniversary dinner a wonderful experience.

    Chart House used to be a restaurant I would go to for special occasions. It was a nice treat. However, during my last visit I was pretty disappointed with their standards of service. When I arrived, there were 2 hostesses talking to each other and they ignored us. Then eventually we were greeted. The restaurant is located in a gorgeous and historical building - 3rd oldest building in Boston! But the hostess had no idea. When I asked about the history, she sent the manager over. The manager was lovely and very attentive. The food was mediocre. We had the lobster risotto, which was flavorless and overcooked, and the lobster stuffed scrod, which was pretty good. The waiter was a bit slow, and it took a while to get our drinks. He also was very pushy about some loyalty program they have. At a restaurant like this, I did not expect to be pitched a membership program to get coupons. Very disappointing and definitely took away from the experience I was hoping to have. I'm not sure I will be back. Maybe just for a drink at the bar to enjoy the beautiful architecture.

    We had not been to the Chart House in a while and were looking forward to revisiting it. Unfortunately, my wife's dinner of haddock with lobster stuffing was terrible. I had a prime rib which was very good. The service was excellent, but the overall experience was underwhelming.

    We started our trip in the bar for drinks prior to our reservation time. The dark espresso martinis were delicious and the torched apple Manhattan was super cool and smelled great. When we got to our dinner table we ordered the mussels which were a tad too salty for our taste, but they were still super tasty. The ahi tuna was so light yet filling and everyone really enjoyed their meal. Emily was so lovely and really made sure our table was happy.

    We have been to the Chart House several times. Our experiences have been outstanding due to Emily, the manager. She and her waitstaff make us feel welcome and comfortable. The waitstaff check on us regularly and Emily goes out of her way to stop at our table to make sure everything is just right. It is not just us, as every customer is treated with the same care. The food is excellent, from the seafood to the steaks, and there is a very good selection of wines to choose from. The courses are served with appropriate timing so you can enjoy each dish without having to wait too long or feel rushed. And to top it all off, they offer free valet parking in a very busy section of downtown Boston. We highly recommend this restaurant and would give it 10 stars if we could.
