   Place was packed. Servers v busy. Kind but unable to properly tend customers. Food v mediocre despite being top dollar. Very disappointing. Will not return

   The service was very slow and not correct; also some people got their food when the others already had finished eating. Food was hood but pricy We reserved a table with a view When we arrived, table was not ready and not with a view. The reason was that there was a big party group at the same time. No message was left to earn us

   Service is still poor. I just don't understand why I can't finish my salad before the main course. Also why is a double espresso 10 bucks. Very disappointed. Especially because the food is really very good

   The salad had no dressing and the contents were not fresh. The silverware was not clean. I took my direct reports to lunch and I was so embarrassed about the restaurant appearance, dirty silverware and wilted salad. Disappointed Sylvia

   Outstanding service - - personal attention by servers made our stay very pleasant. Food was also outstanding. Kudos to Jenny!

   We had a very disappointing experience at Chart House. Our reservation was for 6:30 but we did not get seated until 6:45 and the server did not approach our table until 7:00. We felt very rushed when the server was at our table. I never received my Caesar salad and our desserts came out at different times. Coffees arrived after we had finished our desserts. The server never came to check on us to see if we were doing ok or if our food was cooked to our liking. When it comes to spending $300+ on a dinner for four, I expect better service.

   The team was short staffed but they did their best. The food was over cooked. This may have been an off night. We will be back.. it’s always been excellent.

    Amazing place with delicious food. The service was fantastic and the views by the water at the Potomac were amazing. Definitely recommend.
