   First time back since 2019, really enjoy the food and serve! This was on the 4th, perfect table facing north at the window, 2nd floor. CH is a must upon our return! Would certainly recommend!

   The service was the worst I've ever experienced. When I let the server know we were leaving and would just like to pay for what we'd had thus far, she came back with the check, slammed it on the table and rudely proclaimed "Sorry my service sucked" and stormed off. I was astonished at this person's behavior and needless to say, I won't be returning to Chart House.

   We decided to go to lunch at Chart House on Sunday, but before making reservation through OpenTable, I called Chart House and spoke with whoever answered the phone. I told him that I was aware they had a brunch menu, but that did not appeal to me and wanted to make sure that the regular lunch menu was also available. I was assured that it was available, and we could order from it on Sunday as well. We get down there paid for parking only to find that the only menu available was the brunch menu and a few steaks from the dinner menu when pressed. Rather than eat from a menu that was of no interest to us, we left. One more thing they put us in a small circular room that was warm and stuffy the dining room that was at least 5° cooler and much more comfortable.

   Great food. Drinks are fantastic. Wait staff were amazing. View over looked the river and the bridge with the ferris in the background.

   The restaurant is very out dated and in need of a remodel . The food tasted like it came out of a frozen box. My wife ordered coconut shrimp and it was horrible. I ordered a salad and it came to me all wilted and warm. It was inedible and had to send it back. This restaurant does not live up to its pricing. The only good thing was the server . She was attentive and cheerful. We will never come back again.

   The food was really well prepared and tasted extremely well. However, it took a very long time to come out and our service was very subpar. We only saw our server a couple times and waited long times for drink refills. In addition, the restaurant was very hot inside. Albeit it was very hot outside, you would expect to come into a restaurant and get some relief from the heat. Overall we will definitely be back, the food was excellent but service could be worked on and the AC.

   The food was excellent, but the service was extremely slow. We waited 2 hours for our meals to be served.

   Daniela was great!!! Great food and service. My only complaint would be it was a little warm in the dining room.

   It was hot. The air conditioner either wasn’t working or was set too low. We waited almost an hour for our food, which was expensive and mediocre. The restaurant was old and outdated. The front glass door was covered in fingerprints. We will not be returning.

    F Menu good, food good, portions small…. Huge pile of air puffed noodles, 12 pieces of calamari. Slow service… our reservation was for 4:30, we didn’t leave until after 7:30.
