Chris was an exceptional waiter. The food was phenomenal! From start to finish it was by far one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The Chart House really made it memorable for my wife's birthday by personalizing our menu! Chart House Manager (Sarah) sealed the deal by visiting our table a few times and ensuring the very best service and experience was served that night! +10 rating with the best reviews all around.

We had a delightful lunch at Chart House today! Two of us shared three appetizers: crab cake, coconut shrimp and fried artichokes, then shared a large spinach salad. Since we were celebrating my birthday, they surprised us with a slice of mud pie. The crab cake and coconut shrimp appetizers were particularly delicious, but everything else was also excellent. The whole experience was enjoyable and was enhanced by Porscha's exceptional service and the beautiful, sunlit fire room.

First off I was celbrating an anniversary and when I made the reservation I was told they would write this on the menu. I did not request this but thought it would be a nice touch. They reconfirmed this when I checked in. They did not add this to the menu. The employee at the counter was in a huge rush and pushing menus out as fast as possible....Not the kind if service you expect when our dinner for 2 set me back $300+ with wine. Our waitress was polite and provided mediocre service while hardly coming to the table at all. BUT, the food was to die for. Excellent Prime Rib and Salmon Rockefellar ! Food was worth the wait. Great view from the table as well!

CH is always our Valentine's dinner reservation of choice. Seven out of the last eight years. Last year we switched. That will never happen again! Great drinks (sangria), great appetizer (calamari), great meal stuffed shrimp, prime rib/crab cake, and great service!

FANTASTIC!!

Reservation for 6PM only to be told there was a 20 minute wait to be seated. Is this a doctor's office? When we left (8PM) there was little room left to stand anywhere near check in. Ordered medium rare Prime Rib and it was exceptionally dry and tough ($43) and was obviously the end cut subjected to a constant heat lamp for a very long time. The salad bar ($10 with entree) was lacking 5 items and we waited 20 minutes for it to be replenished to no avail. I understand that Valentines day will be crowded but these restaurants seem to way over-book on special occasions and the clientele suffer for it. Table service was exceptional but understaffed particularly bar service which took about 20 minutes per (glass of) wine order.

We tried to upload a much better photo, however i feel we had a comfortable, very extraordinary experience overall. The stuffed shrimp, steak, potatoes and mushrooms were cooked to par.
For this Wednesday date, we were celebrating my birthday, Valentine’s Day ‘18 & our one-year-anniversary.
Thank you for sharing your lovely river view, and for making our night memorable!!

The food was excellent. We went on Valentine's Day so it was probably busier than usual. The only thing we didn't like was that we had to wait for about 10 minutes for a server to visit our table. I'm sure inhrh spring/summer its beautiful with the boats on the water.

It was a bit disorganized it took a while to get a server. I didn’t receive everything I ordered. We were approached by 3 different servers all polite but didn’t know who was our server. The last server was very attentive but he wasn’t the one who originally took our order so that is probably why I receive my full order.

Excellent service. She-crab soup good but lacked spice. Sweet potato fries were excellent. Would like to have seen better selection of fish-dishes. The river view would have been delightful were it not for the junk in the river (not the restaurant's fault). Seating was perfect for river watching.

Great service, wonderful ambiance. Food was excellent; not too impressed with crab & shrimp stack appetizer, but stuffed flounder was amazing. Service was great. Beautiful view. It is very pricey, not the best value, but worth it for a treat once in awhile.

Margarita a ripoff, 7/8 ice.

It was my sisters' birthday and I want to take them to some place special. I knew they never dine at your restaurant. One sister ordered the flounder meal and was very impressed and compliment the waitress and management on the food. She ate the entire the meal. The other ordered the Filet Mignon and was also impressed. They loved the setting and atmosphere. They thanked me very much for introducing them to this restaurant and the area. I love this restaurant, its location and the atmosphere. I believe the next time I will ask for window seating. The serve was very attentive and extremely nice. We had a great time and would come again.

I love coming here with my wife, friends or family. The Sunday brunch is really great. The service is always wonderfull. The food is really good and tons of wine to choose from. My wife's favorite is there lemon drop martini's. Our waiter Andres was funny and treated us very well and we enjoyed his service.

Highly recommended. Initially made a reservation for a table of 10 for a surprise 65th birthday dinner celebration. I needed to increase to a table of 12 and Chart House was very accomodating. I also arrived at Chart House earlier in the afternoon to drop off balloons and 2 birthday cakes with instructions to tie the balloons to a couple of the chairs prior to our arrival and Chart House did not disappoint. We had a fabulous time and as usual, the food was delicious.

3 issues. The cocktail that was supposed to be straight up tasted somewhat watered down (cinnamon rum). The crab, avocado, mango tower appetizer was not as good as before. The shredded shrimp and crab was not as appealling or tasty. Lastly, the shrimp Fresca should have had a mango sauce or some other sauce served with the shrimp. The shrimp was good, but dry. The flavor of the overall dish was tasty. The rest of the foods served were very good (i.e., salmon and beef). The three course menu was a great price and the choices were a good variety. Overall experience was excellent.
