   The waitress was very good, but wasn't knowledgeable about the rewards program. She received assistance from another waiter who also wasn't knowledgeable. I attempted to NOT use my accrued points during this visit, & they weren't aware of how to process my request. The waiter assured me I still had points after the transaction, which I knew was not accurate. When I arrived home, I verified that I no longer have points.

   Food, service, and ambiance was outstanding! We dined there to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Our server Iyniya made sure to make our experience special with a yummy dessert that included a candle and a card too, such a nice touch.

   The shrimp stack was fabulous, as usual delicious as well as beautiful, it can’t be beat.

   Check in took a while as there was one person trying to setttle it all on a Saturday night, she however was nice when taking us to our table. Service was extremely slow and scatter, took our drinks and app orders and didn’t see her for a while. Entrees ordered and delivered and we didn’t see our server for maybe 20-30 mins , estimating, no refills for the young one and we couldn’t get a second round in. Steak was well done vs medium rare which it happens but once I finally told the server about it, not a manager came to check in and at that point everyone had finish eating so I just decided to not have dinner at all and we went to dessert elsewhere. What was supposed to be a memorable 25th birthday celebration, lacked service, timing, and above all manager presence or care in the whole dining experience. What a disappointment

   Alejandro was an excellent, attentive waiter with a great personality who didn’t rush us. The food was superb and the drinks were mm, mm good! Everyone on the staff was very friendly and courteous.

   I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years, and while the location remains unbeatable—with stunning views of the waterfront—the quality of the food has unfortunately declined significantly. During my most recent visit, the crab soup was poorly blended. The lobster roll was particularly disappointing—bland, as if the lobster had just come out of the fridge and was placed directly onto the bun. The fries were hard and dry, almost like they had been reheated from the night before. Our waitress was kind, but she seemed a bit overwhelmed—even though the restaurant was far from busy, which made the experience feel a little off. At this point, the only real draw is the view. I’d maybe return for a drink outside on a nice day, but I wouldn’t come back for the food. It’s a shame, because this used to be one of my favorite spots.

   I requested a bday cake celebration and even told the hostess... never happened and service was very slow!

    The food was not great. There was a menu specific for Easter so only certain menu options were offered. It took well over an hour of sitting at the table to get food. Considering the fixed menu, I wasn’t sure why the kitchen was so backed up. The restaurant wasn’t even full. I ordered the crab Benedict which was $32 and barely got any crab on it. One Benedict had no crab on top at all. For the price I expected a generous amount. They brought out plain crab meat in a ramekin when I expressed the issue to them. The food overall was underwhelming and the service was slow. I don’t think I would return.
