    The food was absolutely amazing, and the seating arrangement is perfect. Truly a perfect place to go out and enjoy!

    In all honesty I had such high expectations for this place since I heard they had a new chef and rebranded. Unfortunately was a real disappointment. I will admit the appetizers were amazing and great sized portions. But the main course was awful. When a steakhouse can’t cook a decent steak that says a lot. I sent back my steak since it was inedible due to oversalting. The meat didn’t taste fresh and the portions were very small. The waiter while nice was super inadequate- he kept forgetting people’s food and drinks. For the price we paid I could have gone on a small getaway and instead left feeling super disappointed.

    We had a great time. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. The ambiance was perfect. We will certainly be coming back again.

    The food is terrific, the waiters are attentive and give full service. The presentation was beautiful, the ambiance is an excellent backdrop the the experience.

    Service was ok once a waiter came to our table which was 20 minutes after we sat. Food came before drinks which is silly. $140 for an entree is a bit pricey but was good.

    We visited CharQ for family birthday. It was very pricey but well worth the experience. Everyone enjoyed. Food was fantastic. Nice premises and great service.

    I recently dined at CharQ, and it was an exceptional experience. The waiter was fantastic – attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The calm vibes and elegant decor added to the relaxing atmosphere. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the cocktails were delightful. Highly recommend

    Food was great and nice atmosphere but we requested a window table and didn't get it even though our reservation was at 6:30 and the restaurant was nearly empty. The dividers cut into the ambiance and although you get a bit more privacy there's no charm looking at the wall. Some of the entrees included potatoes or veggies but I was surprised that the rib eye steak didn't. Service was incredible. Everyone in our party trully enjoyed.

    Venue is gorgeous and well designed. I loved the doors leading into the dining room. It feels like you are a prince/princess just walking in. The service was truly phenomenal from ALL wait staff. Prices are very high, and I felt the portions were very tiny for the large sum you are paying. My one recommendation is to include on the bottom of the receipt what the service charge includes.
