Walk-ins are welcome any time but will be based on availability. We have been challenged with last-minute cancellations and no-shows, as our reservations appear more limited than they are in actuality.     The property was as expected, once inside. Unfortunately, I was escorting a Diva and her Mate, for whatever reason they decided to fold once we were seated. As it turned out, they were both taken back by the street presence where I parked around the corner. Nothing occurred, they just were not used to being exposed to the hard truth of life in the streets, as we all no The T¥oin can be a bit disturbing at times. I'll be sure to prep my guest and choose my parking location better next time. Charmaine's is Top Shelf, they deserve praise, I for one will be back.

    Our server Jose was superb and made our first time at Charmaine’s really memorable! The food and drinks were amazing as well - everything was 100%!

    We easily booked ahead of time through OpenTable for a special date night out in the city. As for parking, the hotel’s valet is the best and safest option, although it was expensive ($60 for 1.5hrs). Checking in was welcoming right at the curb of the hotel entrance. We were also running late from heavy traffic and called in to inform the host, and they were very understanding. Atmosphere and ambiance of their rooftop is an experience that is worth a photo alone. Yet, we were a little disappointed with the food options. We ordered multiple Bites and Large Bites which were lacking in flavor and always felt like they were missing something. Service was personal and welcoming, yet they seemed short-staffed on this Tuesday night because waiting for the waiters to follow-up was long. All in all, a fun and unique spot recommended for its plentiful diversity of liquors and how photogenic it is.

    The rooftop setting was quite exquisite and then drinks were just so wonderful AND if that wasn’t enough, then the snacks/food order came it was even more awesome and reinforced the wonderful experience/setting; the view, the drinks & the food were just all wonderful!!

    Phenomenal place with amazing curation of food, wines, and spirits. Balcony area is by far the selling point and understandably so. Great place to wind down on a busy day, and even better stop to take a date on, regardless you can’t go wrong.
