    I enjoyed the food and the vibes. We booked this place for a birthday event, thinking we could get a standard table for the party, but the area is more of a lounge setting. Great for good company and tons of laughs. Not for an intimate celebration. Overall great place. I will be there again.

    The setting was great. The fire pit is a nice touch. Probably need a bit more variety on the food, but the liquor selection is extensive. Great view. The only unfortunate part is that it's like an oasis surrounded by homelessness and filth. The walk there from the parking garage only 2 blocks away was super sketchy and valet was over $25 per hour. But once inside it was a cool vibe.

    Over the top fantastic. Highly recommend to anybody wanting to enjoy a nice lunch/dinner with a gorgeous view. Amazing is the word that truly comes to mind when I think about my experience there. I’m sure all will enjoy it. Food was also great, drinks were even better.

    The ambiance is gorgeous, and the view can't be beat. The drinks and food are delicious. The only small drawback is the tiny tables for eating. Otherwise, it's pretty perfect.

    First time visiting this rooftop and everything was amazing ! The service was incredible and they made my birthday so special. View was great and the place beautiful. Outside they’ve fire pits and blankets, so no cold nights. In overall, I enjoyed a lot everything.

    I’d been wanting to visit Charmaine’s for a few years and it did NOT disappoint! Such a fabulous experience - from service, to food, to cocktails and atmosphere. I highly recommend Charmaine’s for special occasions and group get togethers. Something to note is if it’s raining, the outdoor seating isn’t open (they don’t have any awning or cover which is unfortunate…I wish they could install a retractable one because the view is outstanding!) Can’t wait to come back and experience the outdoor patio (when the weather is better!).

    Excellent staff — from the person who checked us in on the ground floor, to the person who took us in the elevator, to the person who took us to our table, and the servers! Excellent cocktails, food, and ambience! This is a place I will be taking out of town visitors!

    The view and ambiance are wonderful, the decor is chic makes you feel fancy. For some reason the tables outdoors are TINY and awkwardly placed, making it weird to set down your drink or attempt to eat any of the small plates they offer. The indoor chairs are more comfortable, but the table situation is still awkward. The drinks are delish, and service is great, just go to dinner first!

    This is soon to be my fav rooftop bar in SF and I have been to all. Great service, private fire pit, side tables for each group, food is bite size and flavorful, amazing views, cozy upscale interior…. This is my first time and I won’t go to another rooftop bar again. I plan to get more friends to come here.

    First time in San Francisco since pre pandemic and we wanted to go somewhere nice after our show at Golden Gate Theater. Only a 5 minute walk to Charmaine's. Our reservation wasn't util 5 pm and we were notified 40 minutes early that our table was ready. Worked out great for us. Food and drinks were excellent with everything we ordered. Nothing but good things to say about the staff that helped us. The rooftop lounge and views were amazing. My only gripes were having to pay a $15 reservation fee per person and a $65 minimum food/drink purchase per person.
