Very expensive and the drinks were meh.
Great hotel and the rooftop bar is exceptional. Great views, food and service. Great vibe with fire pits and music. Will definitely return.
It was amazing and so special
Fun open air dining and bar. Seating is for those with back health. Great bar menu and creative cocktails.
One of the best rooftops in SF! The good was splendid! Hey the hosts were friendly and helpful and the drinks were even better! I loved the ambiance and how cautious they are in regards to COVID-19! I highly recommend this place!
Went here for brunch. Love the aesthetic, but honestly wish they had actual tables.... kind of hard to eat on a couch. Also, was good, but a bit over priced for what it was if you ask me. Waiters seemed a bit grumpy too
The food was really good, but the service was incredibly slow. We had three different servers during our two-hour meal, which just seemed odd. There was no soap in the women's restroom, but there was a huge jug of $1.99 hand sanitizer. You'd think during Covid that a swanky place like this would 1) have soap and 2) not have a janky bottle of hand sanitizer on the counter...
My friend and I had to hold our plates in our laps while we ate since they didn't actually have a table. This is definitely more of just a place to have a drink. Great views from the roof!
Had so much fun for my birthday dinner with friends. Very safe with social distancing and everyone wearing masks. They were accommodating in seating our two reservations next to each other. The indoor lounge area was perfect since our reservation was late at night and we didn’t feel too cold plus still had great views of the city
Hubby and I had a great experience. The views are priceless. The city looks amazing as the sunset on our date night. We special drinks were delicious. We loved our appetizers, our entrees were okay. We had better elsewhere unfortunately. But overall great experience and our waiter was great. He had a great sense of humor.
Loved the food, drinks and ambiance! Service was a little slow. Our server and manager were great! Service with our second server could have been a little better and faster. Overall great place and would def go back.
I didn’t like the food weren’t really good. The drinks were fine
Went for anniversary celebration. Loved the ambience, food and service! Would come back with friends.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. The waiters were so rude and the service was extremely unprofessional. I will never come back to this restaurant or hotel again
Beautiful rooftop but extremely expensive, even by SF standards.
Great food. Seating experience was confusing - queued to take an elevator, then hung around waiting to be seated. But once seated it was great - interior is beautiful, views are great, ambience is fab, food and drinks were very good
Love the view and food here. Interior design and atmosphere is also stunning too!
Valet Service a Not quiet noticeable but good when you do find it.
Me and my wife went for our 3yr anniversary and thank God it was on a Monday evening. Not too busy and service was great. Where we sat was OK, would've preferred a better view instead of the opposite side of the sunset. The outside setting was not for eating, just for finger food and drinks. No tables to eat on so we had to hold our plates while we ate. But if you don't mind then you will enjoy. We did end up having a great time just to be out on the rooftop and nice vibes. If your going towards sunset/night time bring a jacket because it does get cold even with the bonfires.
This has to be the most amazing place we have eaten since we’ve arrived in the USA. Absolutely stunning with impeccable service and presentation. Can’t wait to return.
Wish had more food options
Sascha and Patty were great! Very accommodating and
On top of things. The hostess, Thin, male, Caucasian, with curly hair, not that accommodating with an attitude
Sablefish and steak portions were very small. Sablefish was delicious. Wish there was more. Beautiful ambiance and great music. Great cocktails as well. Not sure I will be back or would recommend.
Terrible service. The food is disgusting and overprice.
The vibe and food is excellent. Opportunities for improvement are in the seating and the fire pits. The seating is horribly uncomfortable and the fire pits have two settings, “off” and “Hell”.
We enjoyed our time, but the seating was incredibly uncomfortable!
This is all about the drinks and atmosphere. HIGHLY recommend it for those Yes, Yes! The food was fair and a very limited selection. Seating not ideal for dinner - more for drinks and a snack. However, for drinks and conversation with a great atmosphere - it was worth the $75 per person min. all day long!
Great ambiance. I’m not sure if they offered food pandemic - but it wasn’t great, as in not good. Service was slow, but I think our server got slammed with a large group. The mood and view is amazing. I’d suggest going for drinks only, not dinner.
The food was great! Staff was really nice, with the exception of our waitress/waiter. It was warm out, started to get uncomfortable kind of hot, but no shade was offered for outdoor guests. The tables were small and high and the chairs were narrow and short. For the amount of money I was paying, I expected to enjoy my time far more.
The front door guy has the worst attitude.
The setting is comfortable and beautiful and the service was outstanding! The food was really good yet a little pricey (but worth it).
There is a new $75 minimum spend per person rule here. I was not aware of this so was surprised when I tried to close my receipt but was forced to spend more money.
The food was excellent. Service good. View isn’t like the photos and the outdoor furniture had a weird smell. Glad we had great food.
Worth every penny spend there. The staff is so pleasant and sweet.
We had a special gathering and they made it so special
I was really unimpressed with the food. We told our waiter that we did not like one of the appetizers and he glossed over it and didn't offer to swap it out. The Tuna confit also wasn't particularly appetizing either, had a harsh metallic flavor to it like it was seasoned with an aluminum can. The drinks were great. I loved that each party had its own fire pit.
Chose to come here for breakfast on our honeymoon. The service was great, and the view and ambiance is awesome! The food was good, but check out the menu beforehand, and as long as you find something that tickles your fancy, I’m sure you will enjoy your time.
Cozy place, but limited all-day menu - only 4 entrees. In addition, there are a lot of conditions to have a reservation, i.e. each person must order an entree+appetizer or desert (minimum USD 75 per person). Reservation is maximum up to 2 hours. The grace period is 15 minutes. In a nutshell - too complicated to enjoy a meal/evening, though meal is quite good. Valet parking is available for USD 15 per hour (not per stay!)
Great place to have a nice bite, drink, and chill atmosphere.
It's a beautiful space with a special view, but the pros end there. Service was incredibly slow, and for Monday lunch they only offered a very small "brunch" menu with egg dishes and fancy yogurts. They said usually this is for weekends only, but because of the "holiday" - Columbus/Indigenous Peoples Day - they had decided to offer brunch only with no advance notice. Our requests to prepare a simple sandwich or salad were refused. An Aperol spritz was $17, which is high even for SF. And the server pre-added his 20% tip to our bill, which explains everything.
Hats gorgeous plating too. The lack of shade options made the dining experience a little frustrating.
Our server was excellent and so was the food. Prices were higher but reasonable/understandable for SF. Overall great.
Terrible service and terrible food. Do not come here.
Went for our anniversary. Was nice to have the opportunity to sit outside on a roof deck and with lovely fire pits. The music was also really fun especially for a Saturday night. The only downfall is having to pay a minimum of $75 per person and to have to wait in a line downstairs for the elevator to be available, even with a reservation. But, the ambience is really really nice and they do a good job following COVID Protocols.
