   Came to celebrate my wife’s bday. The ambiance was ok only because it began to rain and the outside was closed off. But she had an amazing time.

   Not the safest area, but the entrance is roped off and they check ID so I felt totally fine. We were seated inside because it suddenly started raining before we got there, but it was fairly quiet since we were early and the view was limited but still nice. I really liked being in a high top at the window because we were also there for dinner. Got loud when the place filled up but that’s to be expected. We checked out the view after we paid the bill because it had stopped raining and it was quite nice! Also the fire pits outside were going strong even after fighting for their lives in the rain, and each seat had a blanket, so there is plenty to keep you warm if you do sit outside. I’d love to go back! Menu wise - the Proper Cup was so refreshing and tasty that we even ordered it “improper” (without alcohol) in another round. We also loved the sliders! Truffle fries and chickpea dip were also good.

   Great overall However, I’ve made a reservation to secure a table. I had been charged 10$ per person. It was written it should be refundable if I show up. I did show up but refunds was not an option. It’s not acceptable when you pay that long of check at the end !! I’m disappointed because otherwise this rooftop is very cool, the food and service is great ! But 30$ + the total check is not acceptable

   We made a reservation in the room by the bar for 10 girls to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday, the staff was INCREDIBLE! We brought a cake before and they held for us. The food was wonderful, the ambience perfect and the staff went above and BEYOND.

   Nice view on terrace. Cool for going for deinks and something to eat with friends or a date

   I love this place. The food, service and ambiance are consistently great. The fish tacos are my favorite.

   We were greeted with champagne toast for our 30th anniversary! This rooftop bar is just a block from the Orpheum Theatre! Our host Jose was amazing!

    The drinks and the menu are so much fun to explore. Along with it's stellar views Charmaine's has built a great evening city experience. PLEASE organize the serving staff though, our drinks were so haphazard on arrival well after our food arrived. We would have gladly had a second round if it wasn't for the chaotic service. Bad night? Maybe. I'll still go back to see, everyone deserves a second chance.
