    HOTEL GUESTS: please call (415)-735-7777 for reservations To reserve on Friday or Saturday evenings, a non-refundable $10 reservation fee per person is required. THIS FEE DOES NOT APPLY TO YOUR BILL; the fee guarantee's seating space. In case of cancellation or no-show, the fee will not be refunded. Walk-ins are welcome any time but will be based on availability. We have been challenged with last-minute cancellations and no-shows, as our reservations appear more limited than they are in actuality. Our goal is an accurate depiction of our availability to allow our staff to better accommodate you. Please note on Friday & Saturday evenings, we require a $50/person food & beverage minimum spend from parties of 3 or more. We look forward to welcoming you!

    Join us for the return of Sunday afternoons spent on San Francisco's sexiest rooftop bar, Charmaine’s. We are thrilled to offer Paella & Rosé day! Indulge in a Mediterranean inspired Sunday afternoon beginning at 11 am! We will offer paella cooked over fire by our Chefs to pair with rosé from our versatile list until 2:00 pm. Admission is $30 (excluding tax, fees, and gratuity) per person and will include unlimited Paella. All seatings will be limited to a 2-hour duration and for groups of 8 or more, we cannot guarantee seating together. Please note that your $30 purchase does not include Rosé.     Came to celebrate my wife’s bday. The ambiance was ok only because it began to rain and the outside was closed off. But she had an amazing time.

    Great overall However, I’ve made a reservation to secure a table. I had been charged 10$ per person. It was written it should be refundable if I show up. I did show up but refunds was not an option. It’s not acceptable when you pay that long of check at the end !! I’m disappointed because otherwise this rooftop is very cool, the food and service is great ! But 30$ + the total check is not acceptable

    We made a reservation in the room by the bar for 10 girls to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday, the staff was INCREDIBLE! We brought a cake before and they held for us. The food was wonderful, the ambience perfect and the staff went above and BEYOND.

    We were greeted with champagne toast for our 30th anniversary! This rooftop bar is just a block from the Orpheum Theatre! Our host Jose was amazing!

    The drinks and the menu are so much fun to explore. Along with it's stellar views Charmaine's has built a great evening city experience. PLEASE organize the serving staff though, our drinks were so haphazard on arrival well after our food arrived. We would have gladly had a second round if it wasn't for the chaotic service. Bad night? Maybe. I'll still go back to see, everyone deserves a second chance.

    Wonderful experience! Our waitperson, Jose, was charming and witty. Great bites, delicious drinks. A rooftop bar with fire pits. Need I say more?
