We were celebrating a special family milestone at Charlotte. Our server offered us a complimentary toast of bubbly, and a surprise celebration dessert bite. Those special touches, combined with the delicious food and incredible view, made our evening so memorable.

Third time, now a year later and this place still hasn’t gotten its act together. “Berries” were a small dish of mushy blueberries. Orders were incorrect. “Kitchen was very busy” as the reason for slowness although restaurant was only 2/3 full, blueberry muffins were dry and crumbled into small specks of grainy blah. $144 for breakfast. Two stars for the view alone.

We celebrated my birthday with 3 couples and had a fantastic experience. Complimentary birthday champagne to start is always good! The views are phenomenal with a lovely ambience and vibe in the restaurant. The food was phenomenal -- so much flavor in every appetizer and entree. We want to come back and sit on the bar side next time to enjoy the live music!

We ate here 3 mornings in a row. The breakfast was exceptional. The Dungeness crab and avocado toast, the eggs Bernard, and the veggie omelette were all we ate. I have worked in Hotels and restaurants my entire life. Hotel restaurants are usually mediocre at best. This place is fantastic! We had Shane all three mornings. His service was excellent and the entire staff very friendly. Thanks everyone!

Dined here for my birthday. I wanted to dine somewhere beautiful and with a view, and Charlotte was the perfect choice! We stayed at Lotte before, had breakfast and enjoyed our time. Food has always been great and the staff is wonderful! Only thing I noticed is that their servers aren't too friendly. For a $300 bill for 2 people for dinner, wine wasn't poured table side. Food was absolutely amazing, though. I would still recommend this place 100%!
