Where Pacific Northwest cuisine takes a contemporary twist. Situated on the 16th floor of Lotte Hotel Seattle, Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge offers sweeping views of Elliott Bay. Imaginative dishes are crafted with fresh and local ingredients, paired perfectly with carefully curated, seasonally-changing cocktails.

Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made online for up to 8 guests. For reservations of 9 or more, please email us at charlotte@lottehotelseattle.com or call 206.800.8117 for information on our large party offerings.

    Celebrate Mother's Day at Charlotte Restaurant and Lounge, located on the 16th floor of Lotte Hotel Seattle! We will be serving delicious items from our 3-course Mother's Day menu and our Children's menu. $94 + 20% service charge + 10.35% tax for Adults $50 + 20% service charge + 10.35% tax for Children All payments will be tendered on the day of.     One of the more beautiful dining rooms in Seattle, contemporary and stylish. There's an active and lively Happy Hour lounge; the dining area has its own seated counter bar. Every table has a view, fine dining food, this was a great experience.

    A great place to bring business associates for lunch and a great venue for a romantic dinner or good conversation. Food was mediocre for lunch. Ordered wagu hamburger (overcooked), salmon pesto pasta (bland), bibimbap (Okay, no crispy rice crust). So come here for the ambience and view but not for the food. Quality of food at dinner may be much better.

    Service was good, food was meh. The highlight was definitely the short rib but the risotto that accompanied the short rib was watery. The $40 cheese board had maybe 9 slices of cured meat total, an ounce of jam, an ounce of mustard and extremely hard slices of bread. The chicken dish comes with a very large serving of chicken, shaped like it came out of a can of soup, (cylinder form) it was really good when paired with the tortellini in the same bite but you only get two tortellinis. So essentially two good bites. Overall would not recommend the dinner but the breakfast has been really good.

    The Venue is very open with large spaces between tables, very quiet atmosphere. Our wait staff was effiecient and friendly, and made sure we were able to order to our needs. Food presentation quite lovely, preparation, very good, we all lover our dinners!
