My significant other & I had been staying at the Lotte Hotel to celebrate our birthday. I made a reservation in advance, wrote a special request for a bay side window table & even spoke with the host the day prior before to square away details. Even with doing all of this, they completely dropped the ball. The lackluster service from the waiter also didn’t help and the food was also underwhelming. Given the restaurants upscale image, we expected a more polished and thoughtful dining experience. Solely based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it. The lounge is great for drinks though!

One of the more beautiful dining rooms in Seattle, contemporary and stylish. There's an active and lively Happy Hour lounge; the dining area has its own seated counter bar. Every table has a view, fine dining food, this was a great experience.
