Charlie Palmer and his team ( Collective) know food and hospitality. Creative well executed dishes complemented by great service will work anywhere. This Chef experience featured the main chef from Dru Creek Kitchen in Sonoma and included many highlights. The hotel restaurant has a beutiful layout with good spacing and decor. The bar could get noisy so a partition will greatly enhance the dining experience. Highly recommended.

The service was fantastic; the food seemed to be smaller portions as compared to the last time we did the fixed price pre-theater menu a couple of months before. This is a quiet place in the heart of Times Square, so it is perfect if you want to actually talk over dinner.

Great pre and post theater location. The best Caesar salad I have ever had. Our waiter took such great care of us to make sure we had a great experience AND made it to the theater on time. Hopping bar scene so recommend table further away for conversation. Highly recommend!
