We went for the steak and were not disappointed. Paired with the foie gras, my filet was tender and cooked to perfection. The sides were pleasant and added to the meal. My wine was first-rate. The servers were excellent and myself and my customers left satisfied with every component.
Love this restaurant! The food was super good and service very good.
One of the best steak-house experiences ever! Can't wait to go back :)
Charlie Palmers is our favorite date night place with its prix fixe menu and wine pairings. The wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There is nothin not to like about it!
The cut of the week special is very hard to beat...especially when it is the 8oz filet.
Had the cut of the week (it's not on the menu) steak was done perfectly. The rest of the food was delicious (small portion of potatoes though). The service was great, food came promptly and was hot. The waiter could have offered more wine otherwise the meal was excellent.
Staff was knowledgeable and fast. The food was excellent. The environment was conducive to conversation and amiable with connecting to others with minimal distraction.
Not very good. There are much better steak houses that I have been to. Will not come back
The service is always attentive and proper, but you do not feel crowded. The wine is always good and the filet mignon is a prime cut. The ambiance is pleasant and comfortable. The parking valet is very good with doors being opened for passenger and driver. The waiter validates your parking ticket. Doorperson opens the door to the Four Season's Hotel giving a welcome feeling. I highly recommend the cut of the week menu for good value in an upscale dining experience.
Older crowd and very old school scene. Sommelier was not very knowledgeable. food was good but feels a bit dated. Particuarly given the prices.
Cut of the Week is the greatest value you will find at any high end restaurant anywhere. Excellent food, wine and experience. Would have been 5 stars across the board; however my medium rare Steak was medium. And my wife's medium steak was medium rare. Not sure if the two temperature orders were mixed up. Or each was just slightly off. Regardless both were delicious and didn't take any of the shine of this place. Guaranteed coming back next in Vegas.
An absolute good time celebrating a birthday! The service was great, the food was delicious and the overall experience was a treat.
The steak was beyond aged. You could taste the sourness in the meat. The Lobster rice was good. Service was wonderful
The server was inattentive to our table. While we were younger then other guests it was upsetting that we didn’t get the same care .
Great food and a nice quiet place to enjoy with a date or friends.
You couldn't ask for a better restaurant as far as quality of food and service goes. The atmosphere is also very nice and intimate. The energy of the hotel is outstanding. Just like old Las Vegas. The service from the moment they valet your car, to open the entrance doors of the Four Seasons hotel, to being escorted to the table, the wine steward... everything was a nice experience!
I wasn't impressed at all. I got a rare New York strip with garlic jus and truffle oil mac and cheese. The steak had a large amount of inedible fat throughout (not just around the outside) and the mac and cheese was very under cooked and chewy. I understand al dente which I definitely hate but this was even chewier than that. The mac and cheese also didn't really have a flavor and tasted watery. The jus didn't have a flavor at all. I had my girlfriend try it and she agreed.
Our server didn't talk to us about the menu, the restaurant, the wine selections or anything so we were pretty confused on how to order so finally we just called for him and he came over and took our order. Then after the meal we said we didn't want dessert and were ready to go and the server left and didn't return for 30 minutes for us to ask for the check. This place is very expensive and definitely not worth the price. I eat at expensive restaurants often so the fact that something is expensive doesn't make me automatically think it's some amazing place. STK is about 50 times better than this place and less expensive.
The service was excellent and the meal was fantastic. Best Caesar Salad I have ever had! The steak was cooked to order and was an excellent cut of meat that left you wanting for more.
We visit Charlie Palmers every time we come to Vegas. 3 or 4 times a year. We always order the Cut of the Week and it never disappoints. I would have given it an extra star but I don't feel their Caesar salad is up to parr with everything else we had. Service was excellent even though we were the last reservation of the night. We never felt they were rushing us out. I will continue to visit every trip and always recommend Charlie Palmers to friends. I'm already looking forward to my next trip.
The dinner was good. We had not been to Charlie Palmers in several years and were looking forward to it. As locals Las Vegas has so many steakhouses to choose from.
We had to ask the waiter for a second bread basket of bread three times. Finally we asked the bus boy for help and he got it immediately. The waiter was not at all attentive and seemed perturbed the whole evening. The Sommelier was pleasant but when we mentioned to him the the last pour left residue in each of glasses he came up with a lame response as to why it was there and not a bad thing. Also questioned us if we had poured it. We were not asking for anything except to let him know this. The wine tasted just fine.
Return no! Would go back to Stripsteak, STK, Craft, The Steakhouse at Circus Circus, Gordon Ramsey's, etc.
Fantastic place! The food, drinks, staff all top notch!
What more can I say the food was absolutely amazing everything was cooked exactly to our asking.... service was very good, did not feel rushed at all was a very relaxing evening.
Great food. Had the cut of the week, UT did not disappoint.
Locals get your butt here. GREAT
Valentines dY trip to Vegas and stayed at Four Seasons hotel which was excellent. Reminded us of the glory days of “The Drake” in Chicago. Made reservations there to expidite our late arrival and could not have made a better choice. Bar tender Tommy Valentine (yes his real name) was cordial and engaging which is almost impossible to find today. All of the staff from hostess thru bus staff were fabulous Food was exactly as described and steaks were done perfectly. Almost never happens these days because very few chefs know how to prepare steaks “Pittsburgh-charred, rare, warm red center”
The personal service at Palmers and Four Seasons in the city of cattle call lines and staffs that quote you all the “things we can’t or won’t do for you” or “it’s just our policy” is just plain great! If you want to impress your sweetheart or really get kudos from your bride take to the Four Seasons and Charlie Palmers Steakhouse By the bye-We dine out at fine dining and stay at 4/5 star hotels regularly and know the difference is in the details!
We had such an amazing time, Valentine's day special for 2 was on point. Thank you!
Service was good
Always a great dinner experience, I’ve been coming here for many years. Love there’s cut of the week, but regular menu is incredible as well. I tell everyone I know about this place.
We are locals & take great pride in our restaurant specific to LV. This place was Under service over priced. Great food, service was horrible. We never got Somalia...nor did we get other options. Charlie you let us down after spending over $200.00. Good thing it was a Experience ..We Will Not let our friends Have. Shame.
Excellent food and service.
We are definitely coming back.
Like the atmosphere and the hotel is no smoking. Perfect for us.
It was delicious
We made an open table res , exhausted from working all day Wanted a cozy quiet spot plenty of tables but reserved. Wanted Chopin vodka was told yes then said did not have. Ordered many items. Split a filet but half of it was inedible .. ordered another cocktail brought wrong one spending close to $300 not happy wont go back ..
We enjoyed the cut of the week. All of the food was fantastic. The wine was great, and it kept coming. The sides were healthy, but delicious. The salad was a great start to the meal. The petite rib-eye was cooked perfectly, and a larger portion than "petite" might imply (I didn't finish mine). The desert course with an espresso was a great way to end the night.
We had great conversation. The service was fantastic from the bar to the table, and the manager stopped by to check in on us.
Overall, we will be coming back often.
Steaks were cooked poorly either dry and over cooked or raw. The food was sent back so then all the sides were cold by the time the steaks came back. Then again they were terrible. Would not recommend this place.
A typical high-end steak house, unfortunately, our steaks were overcooked.....medium was very much medium well, medium well was well done. Disappointing for the caliber of restaurant. We thought about sending them back, but we were too hungry to wait. The Service was good, the sommelier was knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was good.
It was lovely, as usual. The service was exceptional. This is our favorite restaurant in Las Vegas.
AMAZING filet mignon, brussel sprouts and the lobster fried rice is to die for! The wine list was decent. Excellent service. Highly recommend! It’s in the four seasons section of mandalay, away from all the craziness.
I have been the Charlie Palmer's twice in Vegas and had the same experience both times. Great food, high prices and lousy service. It is amazing that at a higher end restaurant, service can be so bad. The food is delicious and if the service was better, then the high prices wouldn't matter. When you have to beg to get the attention of your wait staff, or give the busboy the check because your waiter, two other waiters and the manager are standing at the bar watching a basketball game, then the that kills the experience and makes the high prices not worth it. Disappointed in the restaurant and probably won't go again next time we are in town.
The food was cold and my beef ribs were all fat and a huge bone made up over half the meal.
The only thing I would change...the sound of the music from the bar area was a little over powering in the dining area. I asked that the music be turned down, but it did not happen.
Wonderful menu, excellent service, great convenient and quiet location...for the most part.
