Valentines dY trip to Vegas and stayed at Four Seasons hotel which was excellent. Reminded us of the glory days of “The Drake” in Chicago. Made reservations there to expidite our late arrival and could not have made a better choice. Bar tender Tommy Valentine (yes his real name) was cordial and engaging which is almost impossible to find today. All of the staff from hostess thru bus staff were fabulous Food was exactly as described and steaks were done perfectly. Almost never happens these days because very few chefs know how to prepare steaks “Pittsburgh-charred, rare, warm red center”
The personal service at Palmers and Four Seasons in the city of cattle call lines and staffs that quote you all the “things we can’t or won’t do for you” or “it’s just our policy” is just plain great! If you want to impress your sweetheart or really get kudos from your bride take to the Four Seasons and Charlie Palmers Steakhouse By the bye-We dine out at fine dining and stay at 4/5 star hotels regularly and know the difference is in the details!

Always a great dinner experience, I’ve been coming here for many years. Love there’s cut of the week, but regular menu is incredible as well. I tell everyone I know about this place.

We are locals & take great pride in our restaurant specific to LV. This place was Under service over priced. Great food, service was horrible. We never got Somalia...nor did we get other options. Charlie you let us down after spending over $200.00. Good thing it was a Experience ..We Will Not let our friends Have. Shame.

We made an open table res , exhausted from working all day Wanted a cozy quiet spot plenty of tables but reserved. Wanted Chopin vodka was told yes then said did not have. Ordered many items. Split a filet but half of it was inedible .. ordered another cocktail brought wrong one spending close to $300 not happy wont go back ..

We enjoyed the cut of the week. All of the food was fantastic. The wine was great, and it kept coming. The sides were healthy, but delicious. The salad was a great start to the meal. The petite rib-eye was cooked perfectly, and a larger portion than "petite" might imply (I didn't finish mine). The desert course with an espresso was a great way to end the night.

We had great conversation. The service was fantastic from the bar to the table, and the manager stopped by to check in on us.

Overall, we will be coming back often.

Steaks were cooked poorly either dry and over cooked or raw. The food was sent back so then all the sides were cold by the time the steaks came back. Then again they were terrible. Would not recommend this place.

A typical high-end steak house, unfortunately, our steaks were overcooked.....medium was very much medium well, medium well was well done. Disappointing for the caliber of restaurant. We thought about sending them back, but we were too hungry to wait. The Service was good, the sommelier was knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was good.

AMAZING filet mignon, brussel sprouts and the lobster fried rice is to die for! The wine list was decent. Excellent service. Highly recommend! It’s in the four seasons section of mandalay, away from all the craziness.

I have been the Charlie Palmer's twice in Vegas and had the same experience both times. Great food, high prices and lousy service. It is amazing that at a higher end restaurant, service can be so bad. The food is delicious and if the service was better, then the high prices wouldn't matter. When you have to beg to get the attention of your wait staff, or give the busboy the check because your waiter, two other waiters and the manager are standing at the bar watching a basketball game, then the that kills the experience and makes the high prices not worth it. Disappointed in the restaurant and probably won't go again next time we are in town.

The only thing I would change...the sound of the music from the bar area was a little over powering in the dining area. I asked that the music be turned down, but it did not happen.
Wonderful menu, excellent service, great convenient and quiet location...for the most part.

We always come to Vegas for our anniversary and visit Charlie Palmer for the cut of the week. We love the food, the atmosphere, and the service is usually great until this time. I can't remember his name, Yosh or something like that. He was below average, and at a restaurant like this, I expect top notch service. I believe he came to our table a total of three times on a not so busy night (Monday). We had to continue asking the server assistants for things we needed, refills, etc. This is one of our favorite places that we visit once a year and it was upsetting to have such a poor experience.
