Always a great spot. Had the cut of the week special. Wine pairings were fantastic.
Traditional steakhouse with impeccable service and attention to detail. Food is excellent!
The food was perfect. the service was good not great.
The music selection was awful. It was basically a radio station and did not fit the surroundings.
Have dined at Charlie Palmer several times while visiting Las Vegas and sorry to say this will probably be the last. Started the evening with a martini at the bar. Bartender seemed more interested in his 70s music vs providing professional service.
Booth table was nice but close enough to the bar that the music was annoying for this atmosphere.
Usually have enjoyed the “cut of the week” until this week. Our medium bone in New York came out charred black on both sides but still pink in the middle. Texture was grisly almost non eatable. The mash potatoes and asparagus sides came out in a small side dish suitable for one vs 2 diners.
When our waiter got around to checking on us I mentioned how disappointing the steaks were and he offered to replace but at that point the steaks were obviously of such low quality why repeat with the same. Ended up forcing down about 1/4 and leaving the rest. Wine and desert were the highlights.
Bill came due in full which was also disappointing .
Amazing place really good food and confortable place
Food was mediocre at best. Seating in the main restaurant near the bar isn’t recommended! Noise level is extremely high along with the the music coming from the bar area .
Dinner was fabulous. This was our third time we love the Cut of The Week menu. Everything we have tried has been wonderful.
So happy every time we come here!
My daughter and I love this place!
A wonderful evening at Charlie Palmers, Maru was our server and she was great. My friend and I had the cut of the week, what a fantastic bargain. For $58, they serve a salad, a cut of meet and dessert, each course with a wine flight, a good pour. We loved it!
Everything was great. The food was excellent, and service was on point. The only issue that arose was with the valet at the Four Seasons. I know Charlie Palmer does not have control over this, but I hope this was a one time issue. A friend drove up to valet, and no attendants came out to help her. She used self parking. I hope this is a glitch, as I use the valet when my mother (who uses a wheelchair) and I go to Charlie Palmer, since the garage and handicap parking are quite far from the hotel. Thanks.
Everything was very good. However, we ordered a New York Strip, medium. The steak was tasty, but very tough.
Excellent service, excellent food and wine. Just be prepared for the price! This was a little getaway in a quiet serene part of Las Vegas. Martinis, fine wine, fine steak and sitting next to my loved one.
Great atmosphere, quiet, classy, good food and service
Best meal I’ve ever had.
Not the best experience compared to other high end restaurants in Vegas. Service was fair. Our server wasn’t attentive and seemed annoyed. We weren’t even offered another beverage until we asked for the check. The restaurant was completely empty except for a table in the middle with an obnoxiously loud diner. Food was good, but when you’re spending that much for a meal you want the whole experience to be amazing and it just wasn’t.
My wife and I eat here every time we’re in Las Vegas. Their cut of the week is the best value on the Las Vegas Strip.
Best hidden steak house in Vegas!!! Will definitely be back
Steaks are great. Ordered side asparagus and a cooked vege so chewy that is uneatable. Lister bique soup smell more of fish than lobster.
Chef cut of the week is an amazing value
i expected a much more glamorous experience for what is suggested to be Las Vegas’s best steakhouse - there was a woman in a swimsuit and coverup (obviously staying at the four seasons) and teenagers in short-shorts. Steaks were OK but we get better in Texas. Service was the best part of the experience.
Had a wonderful dinner with my daughter here while staying at the Four Seasons.
This restaurant was very noisy with large groups and it was difficult hear out party. We asked to move and it was immediately accommodated but there seems to be too many tables for the space
I would. It go back with the noise and the cost of items vs portions provided
A little noisier than usual, but that could be attributed to the guest mix. Always good food and great service. Staff was kind enough to change my salad for the COTW because I am on medication that is affected by asparagus. Thanks so much.
The "Cut of the Week" special is the way to go! Steak, salad, 2 sides, dessert AND wine all included for a great price. Excellent quality on all levels!
Somalier greeted us with warmth and professionalism. Waiter was wonderful and the food was amazing. We ordered the cut of the week which was flawless. Tasted amazing. Will return on our next visit to Vegas.
I've eaten at a lot of the best places in Vegas over many years and this takes the cake for WORST service. The first person to approach the table after we were sat and given menus was in a spot and tie. He didn't give his name, say good evening or identify his job. Turns out he was the sommelier. We found that out when we tried to give him our order. The next person comes to the table, doesn't say good evening, doesn't give his name, no personality and takes our order. That was the last time we saw him. No one ever came to the table including the manager (who stood at the podium the whole time. It wasn't busy.) and asked how our meal was, didn't ask us for dessert; nothing, nara. My adult son, however, did overhear the server and kitchen staff saying how they hated Orange County and would never live there, etc. HINT: customers can hear your conversations, don't gossip. BTW, I am from Orange County. For the first time ever I left a ZERO tip and circled it on the bill. What the Four Seasons and Charlie Palmers doesn't know is that I will be back to the hotel in four weeks for a conference. I am going to make sure that the event coordinator for our firm knows of the god awful service that I received. I did let the manager know of the poor service as I walked out. Also, he must have told the GM for the Four Seasons as they were apologetic and tried to correct the situation. My advice is to go to STRIP STEAK in Mandalay if you want a good steak.
First time trying ...there was 6 in our party , service was amazing from greeting on our arrival to service at the table. Most of us order the cut of the week which includes salad, entree (ribeye) & sides with different wine served throughout & two delicious desserts. Food was amazing & my steak was cooked just like I asked. We were celebrated my husbands birthday & they brought an amazing chocolate torte with candle in honor 🙌🏻.
Loved our experience & will def return on our next visit in town .
Great experience from beginning to end. Servers were polite and knowledgeable — we never had to wait or ask for anything. Food was prepared exquisitely. Steak was cooked to perfection.
Being that CP is located in the Four Seasons, the environment was much more relaxed and pleasant than the major Vegas casinos.
Excellent value and great service
Great value for an evening out. While the jazz band was unexpected, it was appreciated. The wine pairing was fabulous. The menu constantly changes which leaves us anticipating our next visit.
Awesome! One of the best steaks I have ever had. Service was excellent.
Brian the sommelier was fantastic as were all other staff
their weekly cut special is the best value in Vegas! always a wonderful experience!
Family meal on our last night in Vegas. The lobby of the Four Seasons and the dining room at Charlie Palmer made you think you were far from the bright lights and sounds of the Vegas strip.
Ambiance and service were what you’d expect from an establishment of this caliber. Attentive without being intrusive. Knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions. The dining room was wonderful. Tables weren’t too close together so conversations could be easily had. Lighting was warm and subdued.
The food was great. The calamari was perfect. We had 2 strips, the branzino and a Caesar salad. Couple glasses of wine for the adults.
Steaks were cooked exactly as ordered. The sides were good sized. 3 sides were more than enough for the 4 of us.
Only thing I’d change is that the menu should list the size of the steaks. None of the steaks listed told you the weight. My steak was plenty generous so I have no complaint about the size. I just like to know what I’m getting for the price. I’m sure the waiter could have told me but I didn’t think to ask. Just a small suggestion and it in no way detracted from the meal or overall experience.
Will definitely return next time in Vegas.
Awesome steakhouse! Had a business dinner for 9 people. The service and quality of the food was beyond excellent. Recommend highly.
It was my special Birthday and two couple friends joined us.
3 of them order the steak that night and all was happy. Since I request my favorite cut of meat - Ribeye Steak in my Reservation the granted me thst cut. I was disappointed because it was one of fatist pieces I have had in a long time. I was to embarrassed to tell them. Also I didn't feel it was Chardboiled.
However it won't stop us from going back for a special occasion.
Cut of the week is the best steak deal in town, food delicious, service amazing.
My steak was more fat than meat. I sent it back. They took it off my bill and only charged me for my wine , dessert and coffee.
Was a wedding anniversary. The service was excellent. The food was delicious.
Dine here about once a month. Food & wine is fabulous.
