Felt rushed through our meal. Had to send some things back that came out cold. Food was good but for the price we won’t go back. Many many great steak houses in the area.

Pretty disappointed with our experience here. We had high expectations and were let down across the board. 1. Arrived and were seated at a beautiful table by the window. But, then awaited a greeting from our server to take a drink order for at least 5-7 minutes. 2. Ordered our food. It came out at a reasonable time, but the filet minon was the most fatty piece of steak I've ever gotten at an upscale steakhouse. The server also not once returned to ask how our steak was cooked. That has honestly never happened to me. 3. Our drinks were gone shortly after our entrees arrived. Our server never returned to ask if we would like another cocktail 4. We had finished our meals, plates and drinks were cleared. 15 minutes later our server arrived with dessert menus. We said we had been done for quite some time and just wanted to leave. Ultimately, I would have much rather spent our $280 literally anywhere else. We will not be back.

Noise came from eating outside — and bad luck of street construction. “Steak frite” was very un-French to the point that a French person might turn up their nose — but much tastier and more interesting, so maybe delight to those who simply appreciate great taste and texture (even a little panko?)!

We really had a wonderful meal. Everyone really enjoyed the service and meal. I love the fact we they have no corkage fee on Fridays.

My frist time at charlie palmer DC an i had a amazing time the staff were Awesome service was fast food an drinks was Awesome I enjoyed cleabraing my cousin birthday here it was a great choice at the when we finished up they gave us a Vip Tour to there rooftop for the best view of the capital for group photo they went beyond expection will be visiting Charlie Palmer steak DC again. 5taR approved ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect evening from start to finish! Lamar was a talented and friendly bartender and made both of us extraordinary cocktails. Kitty was our server and went out of his way, truly above and beyond to make our evening special! Great staff, phenomenal food and drinks and wonderful atmosphere! We will be back for sure… thank you all for a very memorable evening!

Very disappointing! I will not recommend this place for a special occasion. The staff especially the server Kitty did not even make an effort to wish my 12 year old happy birthday! They were very plane Jane about the whole experience and as a result we were underwhelmed. Though a very pricey place but there was no wow factor. They could not even do a cheap dessert and candle! Never going back!
