The food was so delicious. We started with a Paloma and then we had the grilled oysters and the burger with fries. OMG!! Then we had the lobster meat app and the Tomohawk steak with mash and spinach. I will be back!!

Not worth the hype, way over priced for what we received. The fingerling potatoes were nothing special just deep fried potatoes and cream spinach was very different and not that good.

The ambiance was great. Our server was attentive and detailed. The pricing is expensive. But food was great. The only thing that didn’t make it a 5 star rating was the 1 1/2 hour wait for our food. And 49 min wait for bread and butter.

Medium rare “Kobe” steaks came out blue rare both times and mostly made of gristle. The Brussels sprouts were burnt as the potatoes bland. The best thing was the service and the wine.

You can taste the care in every dish. The food was outstanding. The seafood was fresh and flavorful. The wagyu was.....beyond every expectation. The desserts are a can't miss!

We had dinner here for our anniversary, we were in luck since they had wagyu steaks for their specials. We both had a wagyu steak and it did not disappoint, the A1 was perfect! The pork belly from the appetizers was also melt on your mouth delicious. Our server, Jacob was also great. We enjoyed our time.

Every bite was tremendous. Not a single one without the greatest flavor. The chef is amazing. And he is greatly complimented by the service team. What a delight!

The bar did not have Gray Goose or Kettle One vodka for our martinis, instead we had Chopin, which was good but @ $18 expensive, and the olives were mealy and not stuffed with anything. My filet mignon was served on a large white plate without any garnishment -- a v. poor presentation. Our server was efficient, but not v. friendly. The Host was dressed in blue jeans with a plain shirt -- not what one would expect to see in a first class restaurant, and many of the patrons were allowed to enter wearing shorts and sneakers which I find unpleasant; however, that seems to be the sloppy way of dressing these days when going out to dinner at the finest restaurants which no longer enforce any kind of strict Dress Code.

I like Charlie Palmer's, however I like the Charlie Palmer's in Reno, NV better, due to Reno having more of a menu selection on side dishes, ie, Napa menu, no sauteed mushrooms or onions, no mashed potatoes and other vegetables.

The server was outstanding.

Food was good but in comparison to other high steak restaurants was sub-par. Steak was under-seasoned as was the salmon. Was not impressed with quality/taste of the ribeye steak for $80. I enjoyed the salmon more than my steak which was disheartening. Much better steakhouses out there for same or better price.

For sides the Brussel sprouts were okay and same as any other restaurant. Fingerling Potatoes bland, again under-seasoned, dry.

Service was good but casual.

Sorry to say as we were really looking forward to eating here, but lackluster meal. Wish we had dined elsewhere.

Overall well made cocktails and perfectly cooked steaks at a high price in a vibrant hotel lobby in central Napa. Given the total of our ticket for the night, I expected a little better I guess. My bar is high. Missteps were a lackluster server who was not all that engaging. Just sort of going through the motions, moving us, without any warm typical friendly banter and engagement whatsoever. Fresh oyster presentation was sub par.

The salmon on the avocado toast wasn’t good. It left a horrible after taste. Wife and I had one bite each and we stopped eating it. Our waiter was awesome. Forgot his name but he was a young black gentleman with braids. Great service and he was amazing. Would definitely come back if he was our waiter. Food was good but the salmon on the avocado toast was not pleasant.

We had a very memorable meal here. The service was just outstanding from start to finish. The food was remarkable.....ceasar salad was fabulous ....not too much dressing and super fresh. We shared the filet and it was perfect. Also shared the potato puree and asparagus and both were excellent. My only issue is the atmosphere is too much like a hotel dining room.....which it is lol but it feels like it. Wish it were more intimate to keep up with some of the other classic steak houses. But, because of the food and service we will definitely be back on our next trip to Napa.

Arrived approximately 15 prior to reservation but we were seated almost immediately. We decided to sit outside so they quickly prepared our table. Hostess was nice and hospitable. Our server, Jay, was on top of his game from introduction to final payment. Will return in the future when a full menu is available.
