   The food and the service was great as usual. We loved our steaks and sides. My favorite steakhouse in America. However, we were charged a 21% service fee for a party over 5. That was unexpected and with the prices, which by the way are worth it, put a little stain on it when signing the bill. I believe you charge enough for the meals to cover any service. Just my opinion. Still my favorite steakhouse. Richard was awesome.

   The service was timely and very accommodating. Our staff were geared to please. They made any and all changes necessary for us to enjoy our meal. We met the managers on the floor. They were both very pleasant and provided assistance when needed. I really did enjoy hearing about their efforts to give back to the community regularly by supporting nonprofits in the area. I have so much to say yet there aren’t enough characters. With that said here’s my highlights. LWild Florida Gator This appetizer was new for me as I’ve only ever had gator twice before. The gator was soft yet crispy with the flavors of the citrus they marinaded it in. While the gator was a bit sweet the sauce pulled the dish together. I’d order it again for sure. Before we ordered our entree the staff presented all of the steaks to us. It was very informative. If i had not picked out what I wanted before coming I would’ve had a difficult time choosing especially since everything sounded so delicious. All entrees come with salad and bread. 50 oz Porterhouse - Medium Well This steak was by far the best steak I’ve ever had. It was buttery and tender all the way around. You can taste the Oak wood they cooked the meat with. Even the fat on the steak was good. To me it tasted like bacon. We got the Truffle butter and the Béarnaise. Both were a wonderful compliment to the steak. I think the béarnaise really brought out all the flavors of the steak and amplified the wood taste which was delightful. Broccoli and Garlic This item was a bit harder than I expected it to be and as a garlic lover there simply wasn’t enough for me. A manager came to our table and asked about our meal. I expressed my opinion and the item was taken away immediately and adjusted to fit my taste. It did coke back with the garlic forward flavor I always seem to crave. Thank you so much Theresa. The smoked sunset was so good and so was the joes Hibiscus lemonade

   From the moment we walked In the service was impeccable. Orlando was our server and took great care in making this a wonderful dining experience. The food was delicious, and actually the best Waygu filet I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect and made for a great memory for our family.

   Everyone from the hostess to the server to the manage was amazing. We received excellent service and the food was amazing as always. This was our first visit to the Orlando location and will definitely be back next time we are in town.

   The overall experience was good. The waiter Jeff was awesome. The food could have been better. The steak was a little salty. They garlic mashed potatoes was over buttered and way too much garlic. They put hot pepper flakes on the broccoli which was not listed on the menu and for someone who does not like spicy that was a little upsetting.

    I would highly recommend Charley’s Steakhouse- Celebration Florida. The food was absolutely excellent and the staff was great! The food presentation was very good and all items were served in a timely fashion and cooked to perfection.

    Everything from the seating to end of the meal was great. First time to Charley's did not disappoint. The manager Theresa Blanco was super friendly and attentive and checked on us numerous times during our meal. Our Server Gonzalo was great, friendly, great personality and always there to check on us to make sure everything was perfect. Most importantly the meal was excellent. I had the (2) pork Chops and my wife had the King of the Bone Strip Steak. A bit salty form my tastes but, my mistake for not asking for low sodium. But both tasted excellent and highly recommended.

    We ate at Charley’s in Kissimmee last evening. It was a wonderful experience right from the very beginning. It had just started to rain and my husband dropped me and our guest off near the entrance to park the car. The valet opened our car doors and greeted us with an umbrella and walked us right up to the door! Once inside we were quickly greeted and seated. Our drinks were all served as ordered. We each ordered filets or ribeyes. They prepared perfectly. Complimentary bread was served early. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and both received complimentary ice cream which we all shared! Thank you Charley’s for a wonderful dining experience!! We will most definitely return!!

    We ordered the broiled lobster special. The lobster was cut into pieces and then broiled. The lobster pieces were tougher than a cheap piece of steak. We will not order that again. We also ordered a filet mignon which was cooked medium rare and it was excellent. The server was excellent, attentive and professional.

    As always they never fail to provide great service. Steaks and fish were excellent one of the sides was not a favorite and they changed the augratin potatoes yes the cut makes the difference.

    Even their 8oz filet was huge! NY Strip was extremely large but don’t try and split to share unless you want to start an argument as to where the middle is. Service was outstanding! Cocktails very imaginative with perfect execution.

    As usual, our dinner at Charley’s was great. We had a few minor service issues that were addressed quickly and satisfactorily. The only issue I noticed is that this restaurant does need an interior refurbishment.

    Delicious steaks and shrimp served in a classic Steakhouse atmosphere. The wine list was quite good. No rush to finish up and move on. Management and wait staff were professional and genuinely interested in making sure our dinner experience was top notch.

    Both my wife and I were disappointed in the tenderness of her filet and my bone-in ribeye. It was tuff to chew. Flavor was good. Difficult to cut. All other aspects of our experience were excellent especially the service.

    Absolutely a fantastic dining experience at Charley's. If I lived here I would come much more often, however I live in Ohio and thus only come once a year. However I will continue to do so because I've never been disappointed

    I was not impressed at all with the meals. The service was slow, and dishes were brought out at different times. We ordered the rib eye, sea bass, lobster mash potato's, asparagus, crab cakes and tuna. The tuna was very good and crab cakes not so much. Sea bass was a very small portion, no matter what the waiter would have you believe. Rib eye was good but for the price should have been out of this world. I would not recommend to anyone, definitely not a friend. Tourist trap overpriced and past its prime. Overall if you have to go to "Charlies" go to Orlando.

    The service was fabulous. As were the salad, sides and apps. All 6 of us ordered filet. Most were served the wrong temp. The cook style is very Smokey which we didn’t care for. Nice place but not for us.

    Bobby our waiter took his time and educated us on steaks and so much more. Our dinner was an experience filled with our best meal and great conversation with staff. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Request Bobby if possible.
