   Everything was superb! The servers and hostess went out of their way to make our evening special. The birthday girl was treated to the most amazing butter cake ever!

   Been to Charley’s a few times. Normally a good place but last night wasn’t a great experience. There were a few issues with my party of 5, but the ones that will probably have me looking for a different steakhouse was the filet I had, the mandatory 21% tip and the slow service. The filet I had was stringy and chewy to the point where it was difficult to cut and eat. I only had the 8oz but couldn’t eat more than two bites. The mandatory tip for a party of 5 was also a surprise. I noticed it as a “service charge” and the cc machine asked for a tip, not extra tip. We weren’t informed about that but thankfully I noticed it. I always tip more than 20% but didn’t understand why that was made mandatory or not mentioned when I received the bill. And the meal time was nearly 3 hours. It took almost a half hour just to get our drinks. We all just wanted to leave so we didn’t get dessert. One other thing was comical. We were ordering apps for the table and we picked two and asked our waitress for a third. Our choices were the typical $30 each, but she suggested we get a $200 seafood tower as the third. Just didn’t make sense.

   Wonderful evening When we arrived the valet service was very attentive, opening my car door to when we left the same courtesy was extended. Someone taught this young man manners. It was greatly appreciative. Once inside, we were greeted by a lovely hostess, and then took to our seats by Annette, who had a special surprise, waiting for us as we were celebrating our anniversary We were then greeted by our waiter, who was very attentive and knowledgeable about the food and gave us some recommendations of the house specialties for the day The food was presented beautifully and more importantly it was delicious and the steaks were cooked to perfection. It was a lovely evening

   We went to Charley’s to celebrate my birthday, had a fantastic dinner and our server was also very attentive and made great recommendations for wine and dinner. I always love going to Charley’s because everything is top notch; the steaks taste great, service is always on point and the atmosphere is elegant as well. Perfect place to enjoy a special celebration or even just for a great steak. Highly recommend. Charley’s is always my “go-to”!

    We had a 7 person business dinner. Service and food quality were excellent. The manager visited our table, left a business card and truly seemed to care! Highly recommend to eat at Charleys in Celebration!!
