Charleston's Restaurant - Chandler
For business or pleasure, Charleston's is a great choice. Food and service are consistently top notch.
Our server James made sure our food was hot and cooked as requested. Great job and food was delicious..
On a quiet Wednesday night for our 15th wedding anniversary, my wife and I enjoyed a good evening meal overall. My wife had the Soup and Salad with water, and I had the special, filet tips in sauce with mashed potatoes with a cola the grape tomatoes in it were very crunchy, though ripely red. The filet tips appeared to be just beef tips in a great sauce...I had too many gristly pieces that i could not chew, while some pieces were perfectly tender. The mashed potatoes were a great go-with. The service was attentive and satisfying.
Our only complaint was that my son and I had the bread pudding and the sauce was way too hot. I have never had bread pudding served in a runny sauce. Would never order it again. However, the food was very good.
Server James to extremely care of us as always and making sure our food was cooked as requested! Yes we will return again.
Service was great. Our server Jason was very personable and helpful. Food was great as always. The prime rib was perfect.
Very nice waitress.
Very good experience. Nice environment and tasty food.
We dined here New Year's Eve and were seated promptly. Our waitresses was personable and efficient. The grilled Trout was excellent. We're going to return in the very near future.
The food at Charleston's was very tasty but they were way overpriced. $9 for a lite beer and $18 for an enchilada plate seemed a bit much. Ambience is comfortable and overall I would give it 4 stars.
This was our first time at this location, really enjoyed it. Great customer service from the time we walked in the door. very busy but food was cooked well, hot and we didn't wait long
As usual, the service was excellent. Had our go to apps, shrimp cargot and spinach dip. They brought back their meat loaf and it is now on the menu again...it did not disappoint. Their prime rib beef sandwich and reuben were outstanding. Wish we had room for the bread pudding..maybe next time.
unfortunately they were out of swordfish - our waiter seemed very rushed as well
We had reservations but were seated at a horrible table that was crammed in too tightly between two other tables. It was discount airline crammed. Whenever we moved, we bumped the elderly couple behind us. The food is always great, but if this was my first visit I would not return.
Christmas Eve. Sat in the bar booth. Great ambiance throughout. Loved the warm lighting. Negative is that the people seated behind us had a somewhat noisy toddlerBest experience was that we didn’t feel rushed between courses. Would like to dine here again. Wish adults knew better than to bring a baby into a bar of a restaurant:(
Izharia....... she was extremely efficient and nice on a very, very busy evening.
We Love Charlestons! Good and ambiance is great! Tried the bread pudding!
It was delicious!
Server James did an outstanding job and we will be back!
We had a reservation for a party of 4 and were seated promptly at our arranged time. The service was good, the food was excellent and the atmosphere is always nice. We've been coming here for twenty years and have never had a bad experience.
James was wonderful!!!
The food is always great, we had the soup and salad. The salad was crisp and cold, the soup was very filling and hot. All of the servers assist each other, which is really good. They are fast to bring your drinks and refills
Excellent service as expected. Server Jame did an fantastic job making sure our food was cook to our specifications. five stars for James
Service was outstanding! The restaurant was packed yet we rarely waited for anything and our servers were so attentive. Highly recommend.
We each had the prime rib and was cooked just right . There glazed carrots are outstanding. I had the loaded baked potato and it was very good and very loaded. We have not had anything that was not good. Service was excellent and the server was smiling all of the time. The whole evening was most enjoyable.
We were seated at a very uncomfortable table. Asked to be moved. Received menus. After 20 minutes, no waiter, no water and no cocktails. Ignored completely. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Should have been less than poor on the service, ambiance. Didn’t want to put any reviews for food, value, but could not advance to this page.
Great salmon Cesar Salad.
Server James does a fantastic job to make sure our food is cooked as requested. Excellent service as expected.
Like any restaurant - there are good food days and 'meh' days. Still this is the most consistent restaurant in the area. The food is good and the servers are kind, professional and know the menu. Always a good place to eat.
Server James made sure our food was cooked to perfection as requested. Service was outstanding and we will be back!
Charleston's is consistent in their food preparation. However, for me - today, it was our server Leah. She made the experience outstanding. She was professional, happy, knowledgeable, acquiesced to all our requests (with a smile) and convinced two very full, happy and satiated customers to order dessert as well. Thank you Leah, I will request your service every time I make a reservation.
Charleston's is consistently good. Regardless of time or location, the food is always on point! Thank you.
We dined on the outside patio, it was a beautiful evening. Alyson was a delightful server, she was extremely personable, provided great service and informed us of the menu options and made excellent recommendations. We would definitely ask for Alyson again as our server. It made for a wonderful dinning experience.
Love love love this place. The service is impeccable.
Great food. Understaffed, it seemed. And very loud. It quieted down about 7:30
The food was cooked to perfection and server James made sure we were pleased. My date had the pork chops and they looked so good that I'm ordering them next time! The ribs were very good also.
The drinks (vodka martini and a cosmo were very weak on the alcohol) Service with Valarie was outstanding.
Everything was wonderful, with only one minor exception. I asked for a “Arnold Palmer”, which is half tea and half lemonade, regular lemonade. What I got was tea with some awful Hi-C Pink Lemonade. Not good at all.
I can only say that it was well worth the time spent.
Their settings are off somehow in Open Table and I usually cant get a reservation thru you. Open Table says they don't have availability within 2.5 hrs of the time I want so I call them and its no problem making the reservation.
This time I did manage to make the reservation but needed to modify and it got the 2.5 hr message then. I called and they did have the availability I was trying to get.
I talked to the manager on duty about it and he was going to talk to the GM about it.
Apparently if you try for more than 4 people they want you to call BUT it doesn't say that--just declines the reservation.
I had told the person on the phone when I made the reservation we had someone in our party with a birthday. The waitress wished him happy birthday when we arrived, but did not offer your dish of ice cream until we were getting ready to get up and leave. What is the purpose of asking about celebrations if you don’t follow through with them?
