Wonderful food and great service

This was our second visit. All 4 of us loved the food. Service was great. This place can get very loud. Also, ladies room is for only one at a time- sometimes a long wait. Will definitely go back!

This was our second visit to Chardonnay's. It was just a good as our first. The food was outstanding as was the service. Matt Lachance, our waitperson, was top notch. Very attentive and willing to please. Highly recommended for any occasion. Worth the drive.

We waited for our meal for a while and when received our food, one meal was cold and it was sent back. When it came back, it was still cold. The waiter never came back to ask if everything was ok, so I only ate a small part of the entire meal. The restaraunt was loud and we found ourselves yelling to hear one another. Unfortunately, not a positive experience.

We had a great experience at Chardonnays. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was amazing as we expected.

Loud obnoxious group next to us and mediocre food plus less than stellar service was unlike my other experiences at this location.

I went to Chardonnay's with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary. It was my first time- she recommended that we go. It was fantastic! I thought the orange-ginger glazed slmon was excellent. We split the dessert pizza, which everyone around us was eyeing as well! I highly recommend giving them a shot- great place for a special occasion or a date night!

Great spot for dinner! Love happy hour and apps - good selection and price. It's a little noisy but not overwhelming. Most of the staff is friendly and quick to respond. On our last visit, our server took 30 min to tell us that they were out of lamb. Truly that's my only complaint!

Just seemed to miss the mark on just about everything. Not terrible, just not very good.

Great place great time

The food was very good but the service definitely had the opportunity to be much better. The waiter was very inattentive and we waited over 45 minutes for our food. However, I must say that the food was worth the wait because it was very good. Aside for the waiter, the service was good’

Atmosphere was fine only too dark..my inlaws had to pull out their phones to read the menu...Our server started our great and then forgot to enter my husbands soup.. they brought it after dinner was served..the Manager wrapped. it up..they did take it off the bill. Then we never saw her again ..and we wanted to order desert..an hour later she turns up..just way too long in between..should not have to look around for server. The food was very good. I had the ginger salmon and it was excellent. The manager was very involved on the floor..maybe they were short staffed? We will give it another try..

I choose this place randomly and I don’t regret it, it is an awesome restaurant and girlfriend love it which was the most important thing. Great food and great service definitely I recommend it. Something that people always like to see in the reviews is the waiting time and I have to say that I did my reservation to 9:00 we got there at 9:11 and we didn’t wait even a minute to get seated and the place was really busy.

My favorite restaurant right in my own home town! No city traffic. Delicious food. Got my favorite table. Waiter Matt was awesome. Creative drinks!

Love Chardonays I visit regularly. Best Margaritas & nachos in town

We are from Warwick and have Meritage near us, but we decided to try Chardonnay's as we were given a gift certificate and wanted to take my new car out for date night. We arrived to the restaurant on Saturday, March 24th at 6:00PM and were lucky enough to obtain a spot near the front door. The waiting area had a few people in it, but we were sat immediately as I made a reservation. Everything from the server, the food, ambiance, selection, etc. were impeccable and we will certainly be back again. We had the Chicken Parm Meatballs, Lobster Cardinale, Pork Medallions, and some sort of Dessert Pizza. Everything was so good that it left me wanting more even after the last bite. Can't wait for our next excuse to go back to this restaurant.

We love it here, the food is always great! We like the different specials they have every time we go. We do miss the antipasto salad. It is quite dark in there also but other than that we love it!

Our waiter Craig was not very attentive. At the end of the night, my sister told him that had he been more attentive, his tip would have been bigger. His response was “so your telling me you screwed me”. He had no idea what we left him (20% even though service was not great) at the time he made the comment. Very unprofessional! We have been there several times previously and service was excellent, The food was absolutely delicious!

Excellent restaurant , specialty bread would be a plus to customers. Just seems to be the normal thing of most high level restaurants.

Amaze balls

We've never been disappointed when we visit Chardonnay. The food is excellent and plentiful and the service above par. We never feel rushed and leave satisfied and happy. It can get a bit noisy at times, especially if there's a large party or two. Make reservations - it's usually pretty busy!

I had reservations for 8:30 pm , waited for 10 minutes for my table, I order an appetizer and drinks , our waitress took our entree order , we literally waited 45 minutes for our food ! The waitress came to table once and said our food was almost out , yes 30 minutes after she said it :( , she never explained why the food took so long 👎

Food, service, and atmosphere all were wonderful as always.

Eaten at Chardonnay's many times. Food was good but not as good as it once was. Have had chicken gorgonzola many times...not as good the last several times...used to be delicious...now just good.

Our server was wonderful. The wine was delicious and reasonably priced. The food was fantastic! Our only complaint was that we were were seated next to a vent which carried in outside air and I had to wear my coat. We were offered an opportunity to try to move to another table, but from the looks of things that would take awhile. Since our water, wine, and apps were already on the table we decided to stay and hope it got better. It did but only briefly.
In spite of that we would definitely go back because everything else, including some gluten-free options was exceptional.

Chardonnay’s is one of my favorite restaurants. Although my visit on Wednesday night was disappointing, it was not what we are used to and will continue to dine here. It was my birthday and my husband brought me there to celebrate. Our dinner was dropped at the table by a food runner. Within minutes I realized my shrimp and risotto dish was dropped without the shrimp , only risotto on the plate. Before I could say any thing he was gone. After several minutes , the server came over and I explained I didn’t get the shrimp, she apologized and ran off to the kitchen without bringing my plate with her. It was several more minutes before my shrimp arrived on a bread plate, but by then, my risotto was cold and my husband was eating his dinner alone. I asked them to please bring my plate of risotto and shrimp back to kitchen to toss and reheat. At least 10-15 minutes had passed from the time our meals were dropped initially and when I finally got my hot plate of food. My husband was just about finished with his pasta dish this time . I insisted he eat while it was hot.
Needless to say, it was a disappointment at the least.

Our waitperson, Ashley, was wonderful! Attentive, entertaining, polite, efficient. She was attentive without out being intrusive. This was our first experience at Chardonnay's. We'll definitely return with another group of dining friends in the vey near future! Highly recommended!

I received an email for a free entree with the purchase of one for my March birthday. Reservations for 2 were easy to get through Open Table and we were seated promptly upon our arrival. The menu had plenty of options and there were 2 very interesting specials as well. I chose from the menu, my boyfriend chose a special. We were both delighted with our meals. Our server was pleasant and attentive and we had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Not only did we get one meal free, but we were also able to take advantage of the free bottle of wine offered on a Sunday night. This ranks as one of the top values I have ever experienced at a restaurant!

Food is always good at Chardonnays. Had the best piece of salmon ever! Just very noisy on a Saturday night and difficult to talk with friends.

I always had a great experience at Chardonnays, which is why I suggested we go there for my Mother's birthday. Our food was amazing, but out waitress made the experience less enjoyable. She was not very attentive to our table as we noticed she was being more attentive to others. She forgot to give us bread and did not check in on us at all throughout the night. I had informed the restaurant that it was my mothers birthday and no one came over at all to sing happy birthday. We were given the check and at that point we did not want to mention the birthday because we were all just ready to go. We understand Chardonnays is extremely busy, but it is a servers job to attend to each and every table especially since they are being compensated for doing so.

First and foremost, the food was delicious, our server was friendly and attentive. I would absolutely recommend making a reservation. We had one and were seated rather quickly, within 15 mins of our reservation. However we were sat in the back corner table near the emergency exit between a two walkways. Sort of felt like they squeezed a two top table against the separator wall just to fit us in. If I didn't have a reservation we were sat there it wouldn't be an issue, I'd be happy to even get a table but when you plan ahead and feel like squeezed in the corner, where you have no place to put your purse (kept getting knocked off my chair so I had to put it in between my feet on the floor, let's just say it was a little uncomfortable. I made a note to myself that next time I request a certain area of the restaurant
