    We had a few lamb curries and a butter chicken with a tandoori mixed grill, Out of the lamb dishes bhoona and dopiaza we all preferred the bhoona chicken butter chicken was very good and mixed grill was varied but tasty although we have had better, garlic nan good also we had chicken and a complimentary veg pakora which we couldn’t fault All in all a good and genourous portions meal and would go back.

    First time visitors to charcoals. Food was excellent. Gave us a few tasters which weren't to our taste. However that's not their fault. When trying somewhere new I stick to my safe bet which is bhuna. I have to say it's one of the best I have ever tasted. The lyers of flavour were incredible. The only blip wss the naan bread. We always ask for well done. However this was just hard and dry. Service was great. Waiter kept topping our water up. Price point was perfect. Will definitely be back soon.

    Great service! Welcomed at the door and shown to table, given ample time to choose our dining options. Given extras to start with as a treat and the Bombay potatoes were delish! All of our mains came freshly cooked, the chicken korma was amazing! Never had chicken that just falls apart so softly, and tasted amazing! The lamb was incredible, and the garlic chilli chicken.. yum! I’m salivating again just thinking of how lovely our meal was! Out for anniversary and as a good gesture the owner bought us a round of drinks to celebrate 43 long and happy years. How lovely! Thank you for a wonderful mean with a great atmosphere!

    Very nice food and staff friendly and attentive gave us few complimentary starters and manager gave us a free drink when we paid bill. Loads of food and bill was not expensive we had pre theatre menu.

    One of my favourites places in Glasgow Good nad service very good but what makes those place stand out is the owner who is very friendly and welcoming
