We are the protest against exclusion at a formal table. Dining Fine is our prayer within bistronomy: eating and drinking deliciously with a messy heart and a stained tablecloth, yes, with market ingredients, from sustainable agriculture, by colleagues who aim to nourish with impeccable products: ranches, farmers, fishermen, pure harvest and heartfelt supplies. We transform the product through techniques from different world cuisines to find explosive flavors, subtle flavors, flavors that make the palates fill with groove.

Era viernes y estaba vacio, reservamos 8:30pm y desde las 9:30 empezaron a corrernos con “va a cerrar cocina y barra”. Seguiamos cenando y ya estaban recogiendo todas las mesas. La comida promedio, nada extraordinario

We loved our experience for the most part. The drinks were very good, we ordered vegetable skewers to start that were divine . The duck principal dish was also amazing .The fish of the day was not what we expected and we returned it because we did not like the taste at all . The staff was very gracious . We ordered the tempura spring onions with seaweed marscapone that was heavenly . The flan dessert was the best I've ever had and flan is one of my favorite desserts I highly recommend this restaurant

I had such a lovely experience at Charco—truly one of the standout meals I’ve had in Mexico City, and honestly better than some of the hyped-up, Bib Gourmand and Michelin-starred spots I’ve tried here and in other cities. Every single dish was incredible and presentation was great. The price point is well below any US restaurant and I was shocked by the preparation and quality of the food. My waiter recommended a few dishes which I found exceptional. The Waygu steak was the absolute highlight—it was perfectly cooked and just melted in my mouth. While I did have to wait a bit for the steak, the owner personally came over to update me and apologize, which I really appreciated. They even offered me dessert on the house, though I wasn’t in the mood for something sweet. Still, the gesture and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. The ambience was beautiful—elevated and modern—and the service was warm and welcoming despite my Spanish is beyond rusty. Another host and my server checked in on me thoughtfully, offering a shot of tequila to complement the experience (I wasn’t drinking that day, but again, it was such a kind offer). All in all, Charco left a big impression. Amazing food, genuine hospitality, and a space that feels stylish. When I return, I’ll be excited to try other dishes.

La mesera se equivoco 2 veces en nuestro pedido - pedí una ensalada que nunca me llego y ella dijo que nunca lo pedí... también ella trajo un platillo qué nunca pedimos y todos modos me lo cobraron.. pero El gerente fue muy amable y nos regaló un mezcalito. Hermosa vista.

Lugar muy lindo, pero comida algo cara y porciones pequeñas. Yo pedí solo entradas. Servicio muy amigable aunque un poco distraído. La terraza está espectacular para tomar un drink. Regresaría para probar un plato fuerte.
