   Really enjoyed the restaurant and food was good. The only issue was like it seems most restaurants have is staff. Started off with Oysters which were fabulous then a wedge which was excellent and for the main wife and I split the Delmonico steak. The server was in training and messed up the order and when the correction was made it took about 15 minutes. The general manager John went above and beyond an made everything right. Char you are lucky toque him. Thanks John

    Just meh. First, seated at a banquet round table for 8 with just 4 of us dining (not great for conversation and just weird). There were multiple service failures. Had to chase staff for our filet mignon sauces for 5 mins after the steaks were served. They totally whiffed on one of our sides, so we had to remind them. The chocolate soufflet cake was dry as dust, and they were out of the huckleberry ice cream that was supposed to come with it. Espresso was available but not cappuccino (What?) No black tea available either (just a random herbal was available) Far, far short of a fine dining experience for fine dining prices.

    Everything was amazing.we stopped in for my mother's birthday and everything was better than. I could have anticipated. There was one? Issue. With my mom stake being overcooked. But they immediately made it right. Best steak I ever had. The japanese sweep potatoes were also some of the best i've ever had.

    Vacation dinner with friends. Great service, friendly and prompt. We tried a wide variety of items, from oysters and salads, to steak Oscar and lamb shank. Topped it off with two types of crème brûlée. The food was fantastic, each dish better than the last. Highly recommended.

    Unfortunately every once and a while a restaurant has an off night, sadly it was on my moms Birthday. I brought my girlfriend to a date night a few weeks ago and had an amazing experience so I didn’t hesitate in going back. We ordered a dozen oysters to start, received 11, our waitress was wonderful and brought out four more to apologize, the four weren’t shucked properly. Our entrees were all amazing except my moms, her sea bass was wonderful but all the accompaniments were room barely temp. Overall we will return just hopefully the oyster bar/kitchen matches the amazing service by our waitress.

    Me and my girlfriend came in for our first date. Our waiter was amazing, the delmonico ribeye topped with truffle butter was great. We had the lobster purée potatoes for a side, absolutely amazing culinary decision to use the lobster bisque on them. Can’t wait to go back when we come into town.

    It was my first time sitting on the lounge side and I have to say, I don’t think I’d go back to the regular restaurant. The service was impeccable, the happy hour kept me, well, happy, and the food was delectable. Nona always made sure our glasses and bellies were full and even sold us on trying two of the cakes.     Kate was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing! The food was cooked perfectly and it tasted amazing. We had ribeye steaks, oysters, and sides. Every dish was perfect! The entire experience was positive and I highly recommend you try this place at least once.

    We loved the menu and the overall atmosphere. Food was delicious. However, we had an issue with our server. He was very inattentive and left us longer than we liked. We had to ask another waiter to find him twice when we needed something. Other than that, the food and dining experience was good.

    The steak was perfect! Our waiter was very attentive and kind throughout our service. He also had great recommendations. The attire was a bit more mix matched than we had hoped for. As a fine dining restaurant, we would assume the attire and overall atmosphere would follow. Overall a great place.

    Great Place, Took my parents on my dad's birthday. Everything was amazing! Great staff! One complaint would be that the lobster tail was a little on the cold side when served. Cake they served was 8 layer Cake slice. Two people could share that huge slice! Great experience.

    The food was excellent. The pricing seems to match that of larger cities, but the service was great. I got the delmonico steak, which was good, but not great. It lacked a certain depth of flavor that I expect from a steakhouse at this price point. The lobster and alaskan king crab had excellent flavor, however they are certainly very overpriced unless they are literally flown in daily, which I do not think to be the case. For springfield, missouri, this is an excellent establishment. However, I do think the pricing is a bit above what it should be, hence my knock to the value rating.

    Christmas eve dinner. Started with Lobster bisque and French onion soup. Excellent Sea Bass and filet. Table bread had a couple of frozen pieces and Lyonaise potatoes too crisp and over done. It was a busy night for them so will definitely try again.

    Wait staff was not attentive. Had to wait on water glass being refilled. Waiter took too much time between ordering drinks, appetizers, main course and desert. Took 2 and a half hours to eat and you were not busy. Also waiter not professional in supplying replacement or extra silverware, clearing used dishes, etc.
