    The experience at Char was outstanding. Our server, Darney, was exceptional—warm, professional, and brought just the right touch of humor, which I really appreciated. The food was excellent, and the entire team thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

    The food is incredible. Recommend the handmade onion rings and comeback sauce. The steak was very tender and well cooked. We had steak leftover (it was a large, thick cut) and ate it the next morning-delicious!

    The staff was welcoming & professional on arrival. We had a party of 4 with varied tastes. Their were many options for all. The food was outstanding, we were all very pleased with our selections. The steaks were incredible, tender & cooked to perfection. The appetizers & shareable sides were also delicious. The prices were unbelievably reasonable compared to other restaurants offering the same fare,. The service was somewhat slow, but the wait staff was overall good. Char gets 4 + stars.

    This was our first time visiting Char. We had reservations so we were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. It was a little crowded but okay. My kids bought my husband here for Father's day. Our server was great! She met all of our needs when it came to questions about the food. It took the food a minute to come out but again it was busy. The food was okay. The dishes that we ordered were bland. The best thing were the onion rings. Overall, the service and atmosphere were good.

    Creamed spinach, butter peas and cornbread were delish. Sweet tea was very sweet and top tier! The grouper needed more seasoning and the texture was kind of tough and chewy.
