We enjoyed our meal & the service was great. The only complaint is the music was so loud to the point we couldn’t even hear our server unless he leaned down rite into my ear. Other than that we enjoyed our visit.

We decided to go to Chapa Prime to celebrate the approval of our children's visas, as it was right next to our hotel and it looked really nice. The service was excellent. All of the staff were attentive. The drinks were prepared table side. The food was served in a timely manner. The ambiance was very calming. They had menus available in both English and Spanish. Some of the staff were also bilingual. The only sort of weird thing was that there was someone installing a tile wall on one side of the restaurant. My daughter said her ribeye was salty. My husband said his lamb chops were good (but not as good as mine). Our son enjoyed his picana steak, but was not a fan of the potatoes. I had a Cesar salad and the risotto, and both were very good. I was able to split the salad with my daughter. The total cost was very expensive, which we had expected. It came to about $4000 MXN, which was about $200 US, for a meal for four. Overall, it was a good experience. Pricy, but enjoyable, and fitting of the occasion.

El servicio dejó que desear ,, me cobraron 2 tragos de más y se pidieron 4 cortes de 400 gramos y uno de 300 y me cobraron los 5 de 400 ,, nada mas para ya no volver ,,,

The food was fantastic! I would highly recommend the octopus appetizer, whatever spice they put on there really set it off. It was crispy on the outside and tender in the middle and the guacamole that they paired it with was exquisite!

This place is great. I flew in from USA and was absolutely amazed at how good the food and drinks were. The prices are very low for the value of service and food we received. I will visit this place every time I am in town.

The salmon was undercooked, cake tasted like refrigerator, risotto was not good, even when we did not eat the cake, they did not take it out of the bill.
