I was there for brunch with my significant other. A 1:45 time slot meant it was quiet and more private. The service was exceptional our waiter was very attentive. Overall we both enjoyed our experience
The food was excellent! A treasure to have such an innovative chef!
The service was excellent and the eating area is unique. I order one of the chefs specials, blackened ribeye and my wife ordered the trout. We also had a shrimp appetizer. Our favorite item was the appetizer! I was hoping for something special with the $45 steak, but did not get it! We took home most of the steak and I heated it on my cast iron skillet and it was better than at the restaurant.
My husband and I wanted to try a new place for dinner. Chandelier was a great experience. The food and all of the staff were awesome. I loved that our server knew the history of the place. We will definitely go again.
The specials were different enough from the main menu to be a good addition, and were pretty tasty also.
Food and service were outstanding. We always really enjoy Chandelier.
Great dinner, reasonably priced compared to other local resturants but with a much higher quality. Good atmosphere, every one friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back again.
It was the most flavorful food, best service and most fun place in Jackson
Location is downtown where very little is going on. Would love to see the location in a building that’s designed old world in North Jackson. Good food . Good drinks. It’s great spot for special occasions or just dinner.
Great food and atmosphere. Will happily return for a date night.
Good food and good service
Little family reunion - had fun and would do it again and recommend it!
The only negative thing I have to say is we waited at least 30 minutes for our food. The food was delicious, also very good presentation. I will definitely recommend it!
A wonderful place for a special birthday event. The tuna was delicious and the key lime pie was fabulous.
A great place for an extra special dinner without driving to Memphis or Nashville.
Celebrated a birthday. The Chandelier never fails to please. Great service and private dining room to celebrate. Great dining experience
From the greeting at the door to the goodbye on the way out, a truly enjoyable experience. The wait staff was attentive, friendly and professional and a joy to interact with. The food was visually pleasing and cooked to absolute perfection. I’m looking forward to visiting this new favorite place often. N
Awesome staff and environment
Was an incredible evening as we were in a nice smaller room and it was perfect. Our steak was delicious our shrimp starter was a bit soggy
Great dining experience. The entree and salad were both delicious and the service was friendly with just the right level of attentiveness. Highly recommend!!
Excellent and enjoyable as always. We really enjoy the changing menu and offerings. The cocktails are fun as well if a bit small for someone who is thirsty (a MaiTai in a short, small glass? Delicious, but too small!). The Teres steak was butter-soft and the Teriyaki maple glaze on the salmon was great.
Very pleasant experience. Food and service was fabulous. We will definitely be back.
The decor is great, but Chandelier just didn't live up to the reputation. My menu was dirty, with apparent wine stains on the pages. The food was not on par with the cost. The Mushroom Crepes were crepes stuffed with leeks and rolled tight; they looked like egg rolls and definitely didn't feature mushrooms. My Striped Bass was so overseasoned, it could have just as well been a piece of tilapia from the grocery store. The Teres Major was overcooked and certainly not worth the price; if you are going to charge the price of Filet of Tenderloin, then serve Filet.
I know how hard fine dining can be to sustain especially in a small town like Jackson, but if the food is not worth the price, it doesn't matter how big the town is. Everyone has an off night from time to time; I hope our experience was not typical of the Chandelier.
Not very accommodating to vegetarians or those with dietary restrictions. Not a very upscale atmosphere.
Awesome food and service
Always amazing -- my favorite place to celebrate in Jackson
Always a treat. The eggs Benedict was served with Salmon, and declicious. The chicken and waffles was excellent. The waffle was cinnamon and the chicken is always juicy with a crispy coating. This is always an excellent dining experience. Very glad to have this gem in Jackson TN. A must dining experience if visiting our large/small town!!
Awesome food and service. We always have a great experience here.
Reservstions @ 7:00 pm, seated around 7:20 or so. Ordered drinks at the bar while waiting to be seated, took forEVER to get them. Luckily, we were with friends so....we had a lot of time to talk. Recieved our food a little after 9:00 pm.....it was not hot but too late to start over. Food was pretty good, wifes Ribeye was undercooked for medium and seemed to have been sitting for a bit. No idea what the problem was but I wont accept a repeat of this.
Everyone was so polite and generous. The waiter was amazing, I can not remember his name, but he knew everything about the food choices. I did an 21 % tip for him because he was just that good.!
Great service, atmosphere and food ...
Always interesting and delicious
We always love Chandelier. We went this time to try the new three course prix fixe menu and, as always, we loved it! Great price point at $37, too!
The place is great: atmosphere, service and food. Well, almost great when it comes to food. My smoked chicken was fantastic, the shrimp and mushroom crepes were delicious, however, my husband’s sirloin was steak was way over cooked. I mean it was almost well-done and he ordered medium-rare :( He was pretty disappointed. I’d love to go back there again, but I’ll have to talk him into it...
It’s wonderful for a small city , such as Jackson to have a place to go for special nights . It’s important to have a fun place for a cocktail. A ciche place to gather . Also provides a fun brunch environment.
Excellent atmosphere, service, & food! Very pleasurable dinning experience.
Incredible, as always. We drive over an hour to eat here and it’s always worth the drive.
The ambience was extremely pleasant, and the food and service was phenomenal!
Valentines Day. Extremely good all the way around. Pricy but that’s what you expect with fine dining.
Well, as much I hate to say this,
our 7th visit was our worst. We
absolutely love this place, so I
booked it for a surprise for her
for dinner Wednesday night. I
had to work Valentines and I’m
on 12’s so that night was out. I
even dressed up, which I don’t
ever do much, I’m a casual guy.
Made my reservation over a full
out, and was 2nd to arrive. We
we’re seated 3rd and given a
high top. If it happen anytime
but this night I wouldn’t have
cared, oh well. (I don’t often
complain so we were seated.
All other couples were a bit
older, maybe that’s why ???)
Waitress was awesome, my
food was awesome, Wife’s
side items were awesome,
but Salmon was actually
not done 100% threw out.
(She’s not a steak eater,
and this was the very 1st
time she struggled find
an entree she wanted.)
So she ate around the
middle, we had dessert
and left a fair tip. (Was
not the girls fault) We
are trying a new place
45 minutes away this
Saturday, a little more
of a drive, but at least
we know they have a
few menu items she
will eat. Maybe we try
it again for dinner, we
do love their brunch.
