Chamuyo, the Autentica Parrilla Argentina. Not everything was palaver: Gonzalo and Marcelo, the two creative friends of Chamuyo, officiated as hosts in a hostel in the city of Córdoba, Argentina, which already had a bit of Mexico in its heart. The fame of the grills they prepared for the Mexican guests and friends was such that when "the applause for the grill arrived" Gonzalo and Marcelo swore that they were going to install an Argentinian restaurant in Mexico. The guests took it as a joke, that's chamuyo (chatter)! In 2018, Chamuyo already opened its third branch in Mexican lands, in the new location of Valle de Guadalupe, which joins the already consecrated ones of Guadalajara and Cabo San Lucas, where the partners showed that from Chamuyo, they only have the name. Nothing of palaver, nothing of Chamuyo, a reality!

The food is your best presentation letter. I highly recommend that you try the ribs, which apparently according to their team are slowly cooked at fire for more than 6 hours, and it is noticeable that when you put in the mouth the meat quickly melts, the flavor is delicious. I also recommend the Empanadas they are exceptional too, the place despite not being big has a nice atmosphere and your wine list is good.

Comí una deliciosa costilla cocinada por horas sobre las brasas!! Recomendable al 100% Las mollejas y empanadas son únicas! Y para cerrar... el postre Chamuyo. Volveré por más sin duda! El servicio y el ambiente excelentes! Gracias
