   Our daughter was home from Seattle. It was nice. The food was good. We especially enjoyed the omelets and waffles. I enjoyed the crab option with the omelet. I missed the cheese potatoes and rock candy, but everything else was good. The service was ok, but not great. We had several dishes piled up and the glasses weren’t taken away, after getting another drink. They just accumulated. We were “reminded” it was about that time. We felt a bit rushed. My daughter at that point hadn’t even gotten to desert yet. We looked around and there were many open tables. We just felt like his attitude was a bit off putting by saying that. I understand it’s staggered, but for the price, we shouldn’t feel rushed. We did eat desert. Also, by standing in line for some of the food, that also takes time. Perhaps more staff can be hired so as not have lines. We’ve always enjoyed this brunch and it still was good, just not outstanding like we’ve had in the past.

   Many, many choices! Fresh fruits, vegetables, salad! Some of the hot food was slightly dry. Beautiful and tasty desserts!

   I am so glad they are serving brunch again! It's as good as I remembered!! There were so many options to choose from, and every one of them was fantastic! I can't wait to go back!

   Was celebrating my sister's 50th birthday from the atmosphere to the live piano player the the food and our waiter Tim made our experience to be over expectations our waiter even gave my sister a little cake with happy birthday on it unexpectedly but I would assume it was his ability to pay attention to small details considering she had her sash on that said 50th and fabulous so I thought that was so sweet definitely would go again

    My first time back to the Eden's Champagne Brunch in years, and I was not disappointed! This is more than brunch - from the moment you are greeted at the door and walk into the lobby you know you are in for a great experience. The staff were attentive and efficient - assisting when necessary, clearing plates almost immediately. The room is beautiful, the piano music is a nice touch (he'll take requests!) I was afraid that there might be a decline in quality/quantity of food selections since reopening - but that was not the case. The selections for both breakfast and lunch were excellent and well-prepared. Looking forward to going back again!

    This experience didn't add up to our previous times we've gone to The Champagne Brunch. It seems maybe they are having supplier issues. Which is understandable with how the food industry has fared post Covid. The quality was still good but the selection was not the same. The staff was polite, attentive and personable. We even had a wonderful conversation with the Pianist. Very nice and charming gentleman. Overall we did have a nice time.

    The food was wonderful and kept fresh. Only complaint, the beef at the carving station couldn't get any more dry. However the carver was awesome. Our server Tammy was wonderful as was the rest of the staff. We'll see you again sometime soon.

    This is our second time at the Eden Brunch. The first time we went was prior to the COVID-19 Pandemic. We had a great experience then. We were delighted to see that the Eden had opened up Brunch again following the pandemic. Unfortunately our experience was not great. Staff, ambiance, and cleanliness were all great. The food was subpar. The buffet food was either cold and dry or overcooked. The food was salty. The hand carving section has a top round roast beef that was fine. Nothing great. The omelet station was good, but the made to order steaks were unidentifiable pieces of steak with a lot of fat and barely any meat. The desserts were tasteless aside from the chocolate moose which was a decent pudding cup. It was disappointing to spend $50 each person on a meal that we couldn’t enjoy. We won’t be back.

    Everything was perfect. The only small downside was the price of buffet. I know that the price of food has escalated. We still will return and enjoy your buffet.

    It was so nice to finally get to go the Sunday Brunch again. We haven't been back since they stopped for COVID back in spring of 2020. Everything is still as wonderful and look forward to going back again soon. Only wish that they would go back to having it every Sunday instead of the 1st Sunday of every month and special holidays.

    Brunch was great. Food was fresh. Assistant food and beverage manager came to our table to give the ladies roses because we had a birthday in our midst and it was everyone’s first time.

    Although we live in Delaware County, we have spent a great deal of time patronizing Eden Hotel. In fact, we had our daughter's wedding there and we and guests alike loved the food, the service and the beautiful setting. After that wedding, we frequented (even though it was a long drive) Eden Sunday brunches and we loved them. Unfortunately, what we experienced yesterday was awful. The price of the brunch is way up and the quality of the food is way down. Other brunch goers were saying the same thing. Sorry to say that we won't be taking that trip back to Eden for Sunday brunch.

    Never had the last reservation of the day. Food was cold, susage and french toast was so hard, couldn't cut it, some things looked like they were there all day. Food tables were really messed up. Service was great, decorations were beautiful, but food left a lot to be desired. Have reservations for Jan. 8th, at 10:30, looking for some improvement.

    Our service was wonderful. All employees were polite and professional. The prime rib was extremely well done, seemed to have been recooked. We had received a card for a free brunch for two from the Eden and I was not happy to know that they used it against the two lowest cost. I acted in good faith confirming they would accept this card ( received from Angela/management) numerous times and yet it was not applied as expected. When Nicole said to me Angela who, I should have known something would go array. Nicole (brunch mgr.) neglected to return my calls about the brunch. Not a service I expected. To your service crew, Thank you for a Merry Ole Brunch! I would recommend with a beware.

    5 adults and a 4yr old very much enjoyed Sunday brunch at Eden. Notable for me was the crab bisque, waffles, sausage, blintzes, bagels and fixings, salmon, and build your own pasta station. If you cannot find something you love there, you don’t like food. Further, the service was wonderful. Plates removed quickly, beverages served easily, and staff was pleasant. Holiday decor was beautiful, especially the desert station, which was yummy as well. It was an unexpected surprise to find Santa there and he was so very realistic, kind and patient with our child, and even let both my husband and me sit on his lap!! So happy that the Sunday and holiday brunches have returned.
