Whether you're visiting from down the block here in Tribeca or from halfway around the world, Chambers aspires to be on top of your list of favorite neighborhood restaurants. We keep it down-to-earth. We're bound to start you off with something great to drink, alcoholic or not, and maybe some snacks while you look over the menu. We went to market this morning and we're going to make some delicious home cooked food and listen to some groovy music. And we've put together an excellent collection of soulful wines, spirits, and fermented beverages that we're excited to share with you. At the end of the day, we're having a few people over for dinner. We look forward to welcoming you in.

On Wednesday, May 14th, we’re thrilled to welcome one of Italy’s most talented young vignaioli, Andrea Polidoro, for his first U.S. dinner and a vertical tasting of his wines—right here at Chambers. Andrea, a close friend of our incredible head sommelier Oliviero Lucchetti, has long been crafting outstanding wines in Montalcino for a highly respected winery. But a few years ago, his passion and curiosity led him to launch his own project: Contrada Contro. Between 2019 and 2020, Andrea began discovering exceptional old vineyards in the southern Marche region, on the slopes of the Monti Sibillini, where his grandfather Sante once lived. Among them were rare, century-old “viticoltura maritata” (or “married vines”)—ancient Malvasia vines entwined with maple trees. He acquired and began organically farming these remarkable plots, and Contrada Contro was born. As his project expanded, Andrea began vinifying a range of distinct cuvées from these unique sites. All are farmed organically and made with the utmost care: spontaneous fermentations, gentle handling, and aging in a thoughtful mix of 500–600L French oak barrels, sandstone jars, and demijohns. Now, Andrea is sharing a true rarity with us: world-class Italian white wines. Come explore these stunning cuvées and be among the very first in America to taste them! 4 Courses, 12 Wines. Whether you're entertaining family or friends, colleagues or clients, or celebrating special occasions, Chambers is thrilled to host your group of 8 - 12 guests (maximum) by offering you exclusive use of our Communal Table. For groups, we serve a prix-fixe version of our regular menu: Each guest will choose their own Appetizer and Main Course, with all of the sides served for everyone to share, concluding with Chef's Choice of Dessert. Please note that "family style" service is not available for Group Dining. For the 5:30pm & 9:00pm seatings, the fixed price of the menu is $80 per person and all beverage is billed on consumption, contributing to the overall minimum guaranteed spend of $115 per person (before tax and gratuity).

Excellent moment de découverte et de partage. La carte des vins et spiritueux est incroyable, gérée par une sommelière de très grand professionnalisme, et accessible pour autant. Adresse à découvrir absolument !

We celebrated our 1-year anniversary here as it's close to the City Clerk's Office - the staff was very kind, the food looked and tasted phenomenal and the overall ambiance of the place was great!

Just had an incredible dinner at Chambers in NYC and I’m still thinking about it. Lately, I’ve found myself going back to the same few restaurants—not necessarily because I want to, but because so many new places haven’t really impressed me. Chambers completely changed that. The vibe is warm and stylish without trying too hard, and the service was genuinely top-tier. Our waiter, Angel, was amazing!! Attentive, easygoing, and made the whole experience feel effortless. The food was elevated, and just really special. The crudo was fresh and beautifully balanced, and the coffee cake (yes, get the coffee cake) was an unexpected highlight. Definitely one of the best meals I’ve had in the city in a while. Can’t wait to go back. Not sure how they don’t already have a Michelin star.

Recommanded by lots and lots of friends of mine back in France, I was so thrilled to go and finally enjoy the Chambers experience. Everything was beautiful, from the service, the attention to detail, the vibe, the food, the winelist… AMAZING Also, the staff was so sweet and kind, thank you for everything. Merci pour tout, c’était génial, on est pas prêt d’oublier Chamber’s, Pascaline et son équipe.
