On Monday, June 9th, we’re thrilled to welcome winemaker Pietra Possamai to Chambers for a special evening featuring one of the most unexpected and exciting wine projects we've had the pleasure to work with: Bodega Murga. Located in Peru’s Valle de Pisco—one of the original birthplaces of viticulture in the Americas—Bodega Murga is the bold vision of two friends, Alberto Di Laura (the alchemist known as the “Caballero de Pisco”) and Arturo Inga. Passionate wine lovers and aesthetes, they set out to revive the true spirit of Pisco by focusing on natural vine growing and winemaking. In the heart of the Chuchanga Valley, using an 18th-century fundo as their base, they planted Albilla, Italia, Negra Criolla, and Quebranta vines in an oasis in the middle of the desert. To lead this remarkable project, they brought on the extraordinary talent of Pietra Possamai. Pascaline had the chance to visit this incredible vineyard last year. Located 15 miles from the Pacific Ocean in the Andean foothills, the area is steeped in history—shaped by the Paracas, Wari, and Inca civilizations, who named it “Pisca” for its abundance of birds. It’s a place of deep energy and power. At Bodega Murga, the team works organically with heritage Peruvian varieties—Albilla (Listán Blanca), Italia (Muscat of Alexandria), Mollar (Negra Moll), Negra Criolla (Listán Prieto), and Quebranta. They distill them into Pisco and vinify them as still wines, skin-contact wines, and mistellas. We invite you to join us that evening to explore this unique landscape, its rich history, and these extraordinary flavors through their wines and Pisco. It promises to be a powerful dinner—one that will expand your palate and your perspective. 4 Courses, 12 Wines, and of course some Pisco! Please note that "family style" service is not available for Group Dining. For the 5:30pm & 9:00pm seatings, the fixed price of the menu is $80 per person and all beverage is billed on consumption, contributing to the overall minimum guaranteed spend of $115 per person (before tax and gratuity).

The dining experience at Chambers is consistently fabulous from the outstanding service, to the wonderful wine selection, to the delicious food itself and finally the warm and gracious environment. A restaurant not to be missed!!!

Amazing fluke appetizer. Once we ordered, the food came fast. Good pasta special, but tiny portions. Not enough for a full grown man. The pork was good but 50% fat and not hot. We would have told someone, but no one came by to check on us. Cocktails were very good.

We live in the area and has always been our go to local restaurant. So relaxed with some incredible food. Menu is straightforward, few dishes but all amazing. Service was a bit slower than our last experience but the place was packed so we weren’t too upset. Really good food for the value.

Holy mackerel…. They did it again….I brought an old pal to Chambers for a pre bday dinner and the kitchen turned out one dish after another of delightfully delicious farm fresh, gentle hand never more than 3 beats( this with that and a little bit of…)…. So outstanding… Seems like there has been a little change in who’s tending the bar and some fresh new waiters… all excellent … even a tad warmer. A such a great restaurant

Joined the walk-in list, and text arrived to say our seats at the bar were ready. From Jared’s warm welcome, Brian’s solicitous service, to Oliviero’s oenological endeavors, we enjoyed a wonderful evening at our fave nabe place. Everything just works so well here; delicious wine paired with superbly sourced food, gentle lighting and friendly staff (or one could say gentle staff and friendly lighting 😁)

Came for the pork (which was awesome) but was particularly blown away by the sugar snap peas and asparagus. Shout out to Brian for the warm and welcoming hospitality!

We celebrated our 1-year anniversary here as it's close to the City Clerk's Office - the staff was very kind, the food looked and tasted phenomenal and the overall ambiance of the place was great!
