Moitié Paris, moitié New York, Racines NY, l'un des 100 meilleurs restaurants à vins des Etats-Unis, rend hommage aux bars à vins vivant parisiens au coeur de TriBeCA. Chef Diego Moya puise dans ses expériences américaines, françaises, chiliennes, pour créer une cuisine de saison. Il met en avant le légume, privilégie les circuits courts et collaborent avec des fermiers travaillant dans le respect de l'environnement. Le menu est constitué d'un large choix d'entrées et de plats pouvant être partagés, permettant de découvrir sa cuisine de multiples façons. De vins de terroir produits par des vignerons et vigneronnes, des brasseurs, des distillateurs défendant l'agriculture biologique, biodynamique, naturelle. Tel est le credo des 3000 références de la carte. La sélection est faite par Arnaud Tronche et Pascaline Lepeltier MS, MOF. Une vingtaine de vins sont offerts au verre et tous les mardis des dégustations sont organisées. Des cocktails sont proposés par la talentueuse équipe du bar

For groups, we serve a prix-fixe version of our regular menu: Each guest will choose their own Appetizer and Main Course, with all of the sides served for everyone to share, concluding with Chef's Choice of Dessert. Please note that "family style" service is not available for Group Dining. For the 5:30pm & 9:00pm seatings, the fixed price of the menu is $80 per person and all beverage is billed on consumption, contributing to the overall minimum guaranteed spend of $115 per person (before tax and gratuity).

Jason is the second-generation proprietor of Tablas Creek, a trailblazer of the American Rhône movement and home to the world’s first Regenerative Organic Certified vineyard. As Partner and General Manager for over 20 years, he has been at the forefront of sustainable farming in the Paso Robles region—championing a holistic approach that considers environmental, social, and economic sustainability to both elevate wine quality and foster lasting harmony within the ecosystem. Under his leadership, Tablas Creek has brought renewed attention to lesser-known Châteauneuf-du-Pape varieties such as picardan, vaccarèse, bourboulenc, and counoise, cultivating and bottling them individually to better understand their potential in California soils. These, alongside their iconic Esprit and Patelin wines, will be featured during this special dinner. Whether you're passionate about California wine, the Southern Rhône, or Regenerative Agriculture, this is an evening not to be missed. 4 Courses, 14 Wines. Just had an incredible dinner at Chambers in NYC and I’m still thinking about it. Lately, I’ve found myself going back to the same few restaurants—not necessarily because I want to, but because so many new places haven’t really impressed me. Chambers completely changed that. The vibe is warm and stylish without trying too hard, and the service was genuinely top-tier. Our waiter, Angel, was amazing!! Attentive, easygoing, and made the whole experience feel effortless. The food was elevated, and just really special. The crudo was fresh and beautifully balanced, and the coffee cake (yes, get the coffee cake) was an unexpected highlight. Definitely one of the best meals I’ve had in the city in a while. Can’t wait to go back. Not sure how they don’t already have a Michelin star.

I went for my anniversary. Everything was perfect! We enjoyed the food, desserts, and the ambience. Definitely, we'll return.

Has become a go-to neighborhood favorite. We love the staff, the ambiance, the unusual wine and spirits list and the food is alway delicious.

Recommanded by lots and lots of friends of mine back in France, I was so thrilled to go and finally enjoy the Chambers experience. Everything was beautiful, from the service, the attention to detail, the vibe, the food, the winelist… AMAZING Also, the staff was so sweet and kind, thank you for everything. Merci pour tout, c’était génial, on est pas prêt d’oublier Chamber’s, Pascaline et son équipe.

Entertaining friends from out of town made easy - good food, excellent wine, exceptional service. All we have to do is to cherish these moments with them (and enjoy the compliments).

A destination eatery with a neighborhood vibe. A small number of seasonal choices each of which uses common enough ingredients infused with a refined and uncommon culinary imagination. The wine list brims with Many hard to come by bottles and glasses. In all things, Chambers is excellence without pretension. The bar seating is always fun. There’s also bar seating facing the kitchen if you like watching magicians transform foods you are used to eating into flavors you don’t often experience.

Great spot! Nice ambiance and moderate noise level. Wine list was fantastic, although quite of few selections were not available. Food was solid but not amazing. On balance, I would recommend the restaurant. It’s got a really good, relaxed vibe.
