Chamberlain's Fish Market Grill Ratings and Reviews
Food and service were excellent! A little pricey but worth it for a special occasions! Great ambience and reasonably quiet for a special get together! We would go back for a great seafood meal and a special occasion! Belt Line , Addison restaurant is centrally located and has easy access and parking! Recommend eating a little early since seems to fill up rapidly around 7pm!
Our dinner at Chamberlain's was outstanding, as usual. Sasha provided excellent service and made a great recommendation to try the East Coast Flounder. What a fabulous dish! The fish was cooked perfectly and arrived hot. The brussels sprouts were so light and fluffy, wonderful. Chamberlain's is one of our favorites and they did not disappoint!
My wife and I had reservations for Valentines Day and even with reservation set, the restaurant had a 45 minute wait. The experience of the delay was horrible since they were offering a 3 course meal for that special day and almost felt like we had to rush to avoid staying out late. Chamberlain's food was very flavorful and enjoyed the selection. The staff was doing the best they could do especially considering the delay. Overall it was not worth $260.
The service was outstanding and the mahi mahi was the best I have ever had. Ryan's service was on the spot and everything was timely. It was expensive, but not out of line from what I expected. The dinners came with sides, contrary to some other upscale restaurants and they allowed us to substitute any of them. No draft beer, but not a big deal; the glass of pinot noir was excellent.
Regular menu is always good but steak and shrimp special was exceptional both in taste and value. Another Chamberlain’s great dining experience. The clam, crab and corn chowder was really great and the FM gumbo and a side of grits was tasty and representative of southern cuisine.Really good wine list with a few value items if you know your wines.
My husband and I dined here for our anniversary. Overall we were very pleased. The atmosphere was perfect! Our food was good, but my main dish (Parmesan Crusted Talapia) came out cold! I tried to eat it without complaining, but ultimately ended up sending it back. They reheated it and the end result was tasty! I just felt that for the price of the food, this was very unexpected and unacceptable.
Chamberlain's Fish is always a great place to eat seafood or steaks. If they have your email address, you will get notifications for specials at a great price. Last Saturday it was a half-priced ($22) strip steak, two shrimp with a Chimichurri sauce and asparagus. The steak was cooked to the right temperature and was very tinder. My wife had the Halibut special with two seared scallops. We eat seafood out quite often all over Dallas, but she thought this was the best Halibut that she had ever eaten. Also the wine list is very good with reasonable prices. Every time we eat at Chamberlain's, we are reminded why we always come back.
Very disappointed, use to be a much better experience for the value. Food was good, overly expensive, service was poor, waiter very nice, however, working the entire bar for food service made it difficult for him to Time our needs, not his fault. Booth was off the bar and had to ask twice for heat...so sorry Richard, I wish I had a better experience to report...
always enjoy a great meal and the service is always excellent here. one of the best places in Dallas to enjoy a awesome meal. their crab cakes are some of the best and the salmon is always great. have also been to their steakhouse and again a great place for dinner.
It’s sad that the food was not at the same level of similar restaurants I’ve dinned at. The lobster was chewy, the halibut special bland, and even the seabass and scallops weren’t worth the price of the plate. The wine was delicious and service was great. But I would not recommend this restaurant over similar places such as Silver Fox or Rick’s Chophouse.
just out for a Friday night meal. food was very good-special halibut and redfish. crab cakes very nice. Jessica, our server, was great and very patient with us in our tasting and ordering of wine. Warning-if you sit next to an outside wall on a cold night-be sure the heater has been turned on. told us it had, but pretty sure it hadn't. we just covered up with our napkins.
