The restaurant was beautiful and service impeccable at the beginning- our table ordered 2 filet steaks among other entrees. Steak was so tough that I literally could not cut it despite the HUGE steak knife given.. when I mentioned to the waiter ( and he witnessed me struggling) that it was so tough he left to speak with manager who brought me a different knife .. yes a different knife! no attempt to exchange the meat which was clearly NOT a filet due to shape and grain and taste.. it looked as though the two filets were a NY strip cut in half.. at $50 U.S. I definitely expect more. Other meals were good. After the new steak knife experience, which was pleasant, service was almost non-existent. Music continued to increase in volume so much so that it was ridiculous and we were unable to hear each other or the waiter who was literally screaming. Probably would not go back

I’m not sure if it was an off night, but my experience at this restaurant was terrible. Long story short, it took over an hour to order the meal, with the waiter and the manager telling us different stories about which menu item was out of stock, and forgeting us in the meantime. Took them 1:15 hours to get bread to the table. At the two hour mark we completed the meal, and the manager offered us a free desert for our troubles. I declined, and asked for 2 of our drinks to be comped, which he agreed. As the last act of incompetence, the check game with all 4 drinks on the bill, and I had to wait yet again for a correction. I am a frequent steakhouse consumer and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. Food was good, but overpriced. Will never return.

El lugar me apareció muy bonito, tiene una iluminación muy agradable, la decoración está muy bien cuidada con un concepto muy exótico la música excelente de repente un poco elevada la música para poder hablar, nos atendieron muy bien. La comida llegó muy rápido muy buena calidad en los platillos, el staff se encarga de la ambientación muy agradable, un ambiente muy acogedor, espacios padrísimos para fotos, nos gustó mucho
