   We had a good experience. Had a reservation and were seated shortly after arriving. Mother’s Day weekend so it was crowded but the atmosphere was good. Food was good as always but the only problem was food being accidentally spilled on my wife and I. Otherwise it was a great time.

   Restaurant was very busy and not many meat options was available card was green for awhile and didn’t see any servers. With the new remodeling and price increase I would think the service would have stayed the same or better but unfortunately not as organized they use to be.

   We celebrated a birthday at Charma Gaucho tonight, and it was incredible! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was absolutely outstanding -- every cut of meat was seasoned perfectly, tender, juicy, and cooked exactly to our liking. The salad bar was fresh and full of unique options that paired beautifully with the main dishes. The servers were phenomenal -- friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel special the entire evening. They were always nearby without being intrusive, and made sure our experience was flawless. Every detail, from the delicious sides to the incredible service, made the night unforgettable. If you're looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion (or just treat yourself to an amazing meal), run to Charma Gaucho. We can't wait to come back!

   After dining here for many years during lunchtime Enjoying the yummy salad bar, we decided to do salad bar at night. Same delicious salad bar variation fresh food. We do not eat meat only salad bar. We are very excited to dine in there last night and we were very SHOCKED when we received our bill!  $46 for one person to eat at the salad bar. My friend and I were extremely shocked and disappointed. How can you charge $46 for the salad bar only, where if you add your meat it’s an additional $20. I can tell you that we will not be returning there ever again to enjoy their yummy delicious salad bar,!!
