   Usually I have a good experience with Chama Gaucha but this time we visited with the intention of celebrating my birthday, unfortunately the Hoster was very rude, because I have my baby with me and she have to give us a bigger table, it looks like it was an inconvenient for her because we made reservations for 4 people. Her attitude and tone of voice towards us when she saw me with my baby was bad and make me feel very uncomfortable.

   We could not wait to bring our friends from out of town to this restaurant. We enjoyed it so much the first time we came. Very different experience this time. We had reservations. Showed up 10 minutes early. we were sat 20 minutes late. Our waiter came and gave a little speech on how it all works. In the speech, told our guests not to visit the market table. After walking away, we had no plates, or drinks, he finally walked by a few minutes later and we then asked for plates so we could start receiving the meats as they came. Finally received plates. To make a very long story short, from this point on we were ignored, until we would ask for something, then someone would race up to the table take care of 1 person and race away. We had no one stopping at our table. They were avoiding eye contact with us and if our eyes met, they'd spin in the other direction. the side dishes, did not come to table until we were all almost finished with the meal. I had a coke which also did not arrive until i was mostly done. My guests were still eating and waiting on someone (anyone) to come by with fresh meats, and the waiter came and asked if we wanted desert. Sir, we are still waiting on dinner! I was embarrassed after talking this place up so much, and that was how we were treated. we felt very rushed, and ignored. If I am dropping $500 for 4 people to eat, I expect better service. As did my guests I wont be back. Neither will any of the other 3 in our party, nor their families. Waste of money, and time. I wish I had taken my guests somewhere that would have given them a better experience.

   Last night was our 4th time dinning here and every time it just gets better. Excellent service and extremely delicious food. We will definitely continue to coming back.

    Our waiter was hands down the best waiter I’ve ever had. He was on top of everything. We never had to ask for a thing.
