Our rodízio-style menu offers an abundance of fresh vegetables, artisan salads, soup, seafood, cheeses and charcuterie on our gourmet salad and starter bar followed by hot-side dishes, pao de queijo and our endless table-side carvings of 12 cuts including Beef, Pork, Lamb and Shrimp. Chama Gaúcha is the only Atlanta Brazilian Steakhouse to serve 100% USDA Prime. Our beef is aged a minimum of 45 days, butchered in-house and then seasoned and cooked over natural lump charcoal by our Gauchos. It’s passion you can taste!

I love it...not sure why it was not as busy as I expected. little pricey but worth every bit...I go for salad buffet and nothing like a fresh salad and garlic bread...will definitely go again soon.

This is my husband's favorite restaurant. It offers wonderful meat and seafood with an affordable price. I also like the salad bar very much. It is very hard for us not to over eat in this restaurant. Our waitress is about the average but she does her job okay.

Excellent restaurant. I’ve been coming here since they first opened and it is by far my favorite restaurant in all of Atlanta. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your experience is top notch and the ambiance is second to none. Absolutely everything is wonderful from the food to the cocktails to the desserts.
We visit Chama Gaucha every year for Thanksgiving and have never been disappointed. The staff is remarkable. We have a gentleman there by the name of Jesse (spelling?) that we met the very first time we visited the restaurant in 2015 and he welcomes us every time we visit and he even remembers my son and my favorite meat and dipping sauce. REMARKABLE!!! But the entire staff is friendly and accommodating. They come around and ask if we are looking for a particular type of meat. Our drinks are hardly ever empty. And the quality of the food is outstanding. They definitely have lifetime customers in us.

This place is absolutely amazing! Far better than Fogo de Chao... and I love Fogo! The food is incredible and the servers bend over backward to help you. It’s simply the best. Want to know where Brazilians / South Americans go for dinner? Chama Gaucha.
Special shout-out to Jesse for his service. He’s one of the best servers I’ve ever had in the life. The guy is incredible and sets the bar high for everyone else.
I love this place a lot that's why I decided to have my birthday dinner here. Food is great the only thing I don't like is that they come to the table so much we can't enjoy each meat that we have on the plate.

The food was fantastic. The service was excellent. It’s a great dining experience. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary together. The whole staff took care of us from the beginning to the end.

Went for my husbands birthday Saturday night. The salad bar was awesome. The ambience was great. The service was poor they were not willing to provide well done beef. I asked the meat servers to bring around well done beef and they wouldn’t and they proceeded to hand me meat that was bleeding rare. I didn’t end up getting beef bc they wouldn’t offer well done. Then they proceeded to rush us out of the restaurant by taking away dishes on the table that we were still eating. We were only there an hour tops and started getting rushed out after only 30 minutes.
My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner at Chama Gaucha. The meat and seafood are both fantastic. It’s just there are lot of waiters constantly moving around in the restaurant serving the food which is really new to me. But I certainly recommend it to anyone who has not been to a Brazilian steakhouse.

The food was fresh and delicious. I’ve been a Fogo de Chao fam for years, but this is much better food, with outstanding service.
I like it very much. Much more Brazilian restaurant that any other one. Like fuego de chao.

Hands down my new favorite spot! There was sushi on the salad bar! Everything that was brought to us was superb, especially he after dinner cocktails! Very impressed, can’t wait to return.
We are regular customers but our last visit was disappointing. The service was not like it used to be. We had to ask for warm cheese bread and extra fried bananas. Usually this is not needed. The offered meat was limited in choice and not as much like last time. We were told that they were facing a shortage in staff. So we will give it another try in the coming period.
Let us hope it was a onetime misser.
