   It was a great experience. Service was excellent. We were seated right away. The plates were lacking. Pictures showed so much more. The tea was exceptionally amazing. The champagne looking tea was the best. We also tried butterscotch tea. The chocolate lips and red hearts with tea infusion was delicious. The tea sandwiches lacked a bit. But everything was fulfilling. My husband loved the salmon finger sandwiches. There was a lot to view inside.

   I visited for afternoon Sunday tea for my 31st birthday and originally made a reservation weeks in advanced for 6 guest. A few days before my reservation I called the tea room to confirm my reservation and to add additional seats and a highchair. Over the phone, the representative agreed for 10 guest total, however just an hour before my reservation I called again to confirm, and no one knew what I was talking about lol. He even questioned if my reservation was even made. The atmosphere of the business is amazing, great for photos and the sandwiches and tea were delectable as well! However, the service especially in the beginning of my birthday reservation was so off putting. The manager snapped at my guest when they asked for a menu (very rude), and was flustered adding chairs despite my sincerely apologetic reminders. This made me very sad because we all were so eager to patron and I thought everything as a whole would be more welcoming. The afternoon tea is a set price and that could’ve been reiterated to my guest more pleasantly. It was between this establishment and a different place in Pasadena and I’m not totally sure if I made the right call. My party was dressed exquisitely on theme for a tea house, and the servers did attempt to make up for the indifference from the beginning by being sweet, so thank you. Regardless, my friends and family had a great time because we made it great. The service overall could’ve been better/more welcoming from the start.

   Been a handful of times. The food is fair but the sweets are lacking. The service is always unsatisfactory. I understand a slow experience but there’s a lack of quality of service. Never bringing cream for tea or inquiries whether you want cream/sugar. Never bringing or offering water. This last time there was a man dressed like a woman and I was there with young children. Some patrons are probably fine with that but I don’t see my family returning. I wish it had a better experience because the area is lacking in casual tea rooms. Plenty of more elegant options though.

   They seemed understaffed... friday valentines day lunch. We were missing food but it took a cc long time to get and i didn't want to bother. The first order of tea was weirdly terrible. But they replaced it with a different one. We usually live chado in torrance, but they were really off that day. I appreciate that they didn't force you to do the valentines tea which was too expensive.

   Took my Mother to celebrate her 72nd bday and she loved it. Will definitely return.

   There is so much that I love about this place. The ambiance is nice. Perfect for a quiet and cozy experience. I could make small criticisms but in comparison to the price of some, it is overall a great value for afternoon tea service. Aside from this, parking is free. Overall it was nice. My only real criticism is that they don't serve cream, honey or sugar with the tea service. They do have lots of cute teapots and accessories though. Overall a lovely place!

   Service is extremely slow. It’s like they forget about you and you are left trying to flag them down a few times before they remember you’re there.

   My family and I had dined for a New Year’s Eve tea. The ambience, food, and service was lovely. I would highly recommend.
