Good food. Great drinks. Service needs to be more consistent.
We were seated outdoors and it made our experience pleasurable. Our waiter was very nice and checked on us. We didn’t feel rushed. The food was delicious 😋 we had the carnitas and cheese enchiladas and we had the ceviche as an appetizer which we highly recommend.
The service has gone down so much since they first opened. We had a reservation. We checked in and had to wait for approx 15 minutes. The host wasn’t seating anyone. When we were taken to our table, the host swept the crumbs that were on the table off with his hand. The tacos were ok. But too spicy. The cha Cha’s margarita was way too sweet with syrup. Very disappointed.
We went in the early afternoon on a Sunday around 3pm. The brunch crowd and along with the band made the experience too loud (almost unbearable). Other than that, the food and service was excellent.
The server (Maria) did an absolutely wonderful job making sure that we were taken care of.
Sunday brunch is suuuper loud unless you sit outside because of the music. Food is excellent. Service is average.
The food is always great and the energy is busy, especially on Friday night. We were able to sit on the patio, which is a little quieter. However, we could still hear the live music.
The charred romaine with shrimp was probably the best version of this type of salad that I've ever had. It was heavenly and our server was very attentive and helpful. I feel like the portion was almost too big as I wish a half version was available - I have a hard time spending $20 on a salad that I can't finish. If you have to choose between the regular margarita or the Cha Cha - pay the extra $2.50 - the regular is way too small, with ice it's only a few sips. We will definitiely be going back next time we're in the area.
This is a wonderful venue for an evening with family and friends. The food is high end; the service outstanding. We opted for patio seating to people watch on Birch Street. It is a busy place but what a place to share good times.
I have been here many times. If you expect to hear what the person you came with has to say YOU MUST EAT OUTSIDE !!! The NOISE level inside is the WORST I have ever experienced. People Shouting at the TOP OF THEIR LUNGS is NOT UNUSUAL while the staff Ignores them !!!!
The Staff is attentive and the food is generally good. Because of the noise level I don't expect to return EVER!
Was there on a Friday night celebrating my anniversary. Menu choices were limited and food wasn't that great for the price. We use to come to this local when it was a different restaurant, so we came mostly for the ambiance for which we were not disappointed. Service was very good, but we will likely not be coming back any time soon. Better Mexican food choices for less money elsewhere.
If you’re trying to have a conversation I was suggest you sit outside because the inside can get rather loud. Overall the food and service were great.
Food and specialty drinks were excellent. A band plays on the weekend so be ready for a higher than normal noise level
Waitress was very nice and checked on us regularly
Queso fundido with mushrooms (to die for)
large ChaCha’s Marg
Went for taco Tuesday and definitely left satisfied. Thanks again!
We've been to Cha Cha's many times but this was our first brunch experience. The food, as usual, was very good. Service was a little slow but that was not unexpected as it was very busy. We sat on the patio. Everybody in the group enjoyed the meal and the experience. We'll be back......again.
Our waiter Marco's was very unattentive and was rude
The location was perfect from Brea Improv. We didn't have to wait, although I changed my reservation 3 times. The music was fantastic.
Great food and great service
Tasty food, yummy drinks, great menu! Weekly specials, too!
Perfect .., But drink was not much tequila in it margarita. , too weaknesses like as juice. No alcoholic ., don’t save real things ! Please paid 9$. ., worth ?
Cha Cha’s is one of our favorites. Food is delicious and the service is always friendly and efficient. Wood fired carnitas are the best!!
Food was great. Service was great and drinks were perfect.
Great foo, great service.
Service was only ok. Had to ask for items and wait for two additional trips to bring me my complete min course after my meal was present.
The food is tasty, the drinks are pretty good too! It’s alwsys nice that there is a live band playing. The noise level is a bit loud , but it makes for a fun night out.
We had great food here but it was so loud. Not good for conversing with friends. Enjoyed the carnitas and the fresh catch preparation.
amazing food! Great happy hour! Live music was awesome. Friendly staff !
Fun place to dine great food and drinks excellent service
Our server was awful and she gave us salsa in a little ranch cup we come here at least once week and the last couple times it’s been a horrible experience I’m 27 and I get it servers get busy or are rushed but last time our bartender didn’t acknowledge us for at least 15 minutes and he was rude and once his buddy got there he clocked out and began drinking there how unprofessional
Really had a great time with friends and family, food is amazing and server was outstanding!
Overall great experience. No complaints. Drinks were good. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was good as well.
A pre-show night at the Brea Improv for dinner. It was a rainy night so their outside seating was challenged and caused us to wait a bit longer but the staff was solid. Sat us when they could and server was very prompt to help us regain the time. Manager came out at end to make sure all was as we expected which was a nice touch. Well done.
We had a great server. Very friendly and helpful. Food was very good. Great drinks too
Carne asada , and the salmon is a must. If you like margaritas this is the place.
Have been here before and have always had a pleasurable experience. Highly recommend you reserve a table On Friday from 4-7
My new favorite restaurant featuring amazing salsas, mouthwatering empanadas, and the best carne asada I've ever had. The tequila selection was incredible, I had a Don Julio for $15 and they filled my glass higher than other restaurants we've been to (got my money's worth and then some). We'll be back!
Great food and service. Staff was amazing and the food was very good.
Great music and the food was amazing! I love this place for the margaritas and chips and salsa! My favorite restaurant right now.
