For starters, sharable small plates such as the cherry-poached “three little figs” and the ancho whiskey duck tacos with tomatillo salsa are sure to fire up your taste buds. CH Distillery specialty entrees include the seared chicken and chimi, a chimichurri sauce made from CH gin, the mushroom dashi bass with red miso glaze and the drunken mussels with CH aquavit and spicy broth served with sourdough.
