This is by far, hands down, my favorite restaurant. We have been coming here for a couple of years as often as possible (we live 2 hours away and it’s WELL worth the drive). The food is unbelievably delicious and carefully crafted. The service is always top notch. Every server/hostess/busboy is laid back and polite, very helpful and they never hesitate to make your experience “just right”. I have an allergy and the staff (especially the chef(s)) is always extremely diligent at making sure my food is safe. The ambiance is lovely and relaxing. The bathrooms are always clean and fresh. I recommend this restaurant to everyone. Can’t say enough good things about it!!

The kitchen was very accommodating for my husband. He has a shellfish, pork and beef allergy. They offered to cook his meal separately and change out their gloves. This was amazing! Also - the manager came over and let him know that the chips they serve with the guacamole are fried with the same oil as other items. She offered to bring us cucumber chips. OMG - they are sooo good with the guacamole. I recommend getting some with your chips. I have been to the restaurant a few times when I am in town and this was the first time my husband had gone. He will definitely be back. Thank you again for the wonderful meal and hospitality!

The restaurant is quaint but the food is very good. Service was a little slow at times but our server was very nice. We had the sea bass ceviche which was very good - fresh ingredients and just the right portion. Blackened Mahi was very good with a bed of mashed potatoes. Ended with a chocolate moose desert with espresso whipped cream and dulce de leche. Very good as well but you better like chocolate. If you are looking for an off the beaten path, non- chain restaurant that serves proper Panamanian food, then try Ceviche’s.

The absolute best spot in town! The best food, staff and overall atmosphere! Kennedy was THE best and sweetest waitress ever! The mahi and pokè bowl were awesome! We will be back next week ;)

Always a go to for us! It’s a consistent home run on food, drinks, and service. The flavors are always outstanding! If you are contemplating, go (and get the coconut shrimp and mahi ;) You won’t be disappointed!

A regular favorite in the neighborhood - we always enjoy Ceviche's. We tried something new this time: the blackened shrimp over coconut rice with asparagus. It was outstanding! It was a bit chilly in the back room, but we had sweaters ;).

We were a bit disappointed with our last visit, probably six months ago, but this time it was a knockout! Great service, and excellent food. My paella was wonderful, and a very generous portion, beautifully plated. The longastino ceviche was stellar!

Cocktails, Ceviche and Tapas are excellent. My entree unfortunately was cold. The server didn’t come by right away after receiving it. The sauce overpowered the steak and shrimp as well. I will return but probably stick to appetizers and Tapas and I would recommend eating in the main dining area. The ambience seemed nicer than the back dining room.

We have dined at Ceviche's numerous times over the years and it has always been enjoyable. Fun, lively, casual setting with interesting dishes. Service was excellent. We had paella this time and it was very good. The rice was a little bit gummy, but the seafood was copious and truly outstanding - shrimp, scallops, crab claws, clams, mahi mahi, etc. The coconut shrimp is great and the guacamole was delicious. Highly recommend a visit to this place.

Ceviche’s has tasty food, cheerful servers, and beautiful interior. Everything we ordered was flavorful and fresh and the food arrived quickly. I love coming here! (Parking can be tricky so plan time to find a spot where you won’t be towed.)
