Place has no AC. Was super hot inside. They took forever to attend us. food took even longer to be served. They didn't have two major things we asked for it was just 4pm and they open 12pm on Saturdays. Definitely understaffed. Food was ok.

Came here upon celebrating a birthday and birthday girls choice! Was thoroughly looking forward to it but it started with a restaurant with no AC…very slow and inattentive service…wrong order..again needed to wait…food finally came…lomo Saltado was average nothing spectacular…filet minion is usually tender.

I was looking forward to trying this Peruvian restaurant but many things were wrong. Food service was very very slow. It took 35 minutes for appetizers to come out. The main meal came out faster once I asked what was going on. Pisco sour took awhile to make and was not very good. Food in general lacked a bit of flavor but the presentation was A+. We had: lomo saltado - lacked a bit of flavor Saltado de mariscos- lacked flavor and too many French fries and very little seafood. The arroz con mariscos was a bit “mushy” like a risotto. My mom said it was more like a Paella. The scallop appetizer was good and so was the hangover ceviche. (Except for calamari was very chewy) Great presentation and flavors for these 2 dishes. It was hot and stuffy inside. They needed to open a door for ventilation.

We tried to order the rotisserie chicken causas - the waiter said that it wasn't on his hand held ordering system and that it was "new." It took him 10 minutes to try to enter it in the system and we never got it. We just cancelled it after we received our other appetizers and entrees. We didn't get our first appetizer until 45 minutes after ordering and then only after flagging down someone else. Really bad service this time.

Bummed we arrived too close to 3pm. Didn’t realize they closed from 3-5pm . Food was still amazing but 2 items I was eyeing in the menu were not available.
