Aparenta ser un lugar interesante ya que visualmente es muy llamativo, desafortunadamente la comida simplemente cumple pero no destaca. Al ir a una cervecería uno esperaría encontrar cervezas de diversos tipos, marcas y no sólo las comerciales.

Al llegar no sabían de nuestra reservación, ya que no checan la aplicación de open table así que no tenían mesa y nos tuvieron que poner una ahí a la mitad del pasillo improvisada, eso si, estuvimos como 5 minutos ahí paradas en el lugar de la hostess esperando quien nos atienda. Ya cuando nos sentamos lo mismo paso al tratar de pedir nuestras bebidas y alimentos, ningún mesero se acercaba. Una mesera que estaba atendiendo las mesas de alado, cada que le hablaba para ver si me podía ayudar me ignoraba de una manera demasiado obvia. Ya Que por fin pudimos ordenar, nuestros alimentos de verdad no estaban nada buenos. Mi amiga pidió unas boneless y llegaron HELADAS. Ya ni quiso reclamar porque pues se iban a volver a tardar siglos. Para la cuenta fue exactamente el mismo problema que tuvimos que pedir la cuenta 4 o 5 veces antes de que nos la trajeran. El que nos atendió en la recepción que amable por por lo menos darnos una mesa, pero pues si van a usar esta aplicación si le deberían de hacer el mínimo de caso y también si van a agregar una mesa, asignarla a algún mesero en vez de que se la vivan ignorándonos y con pésima actitud.

El servicio post venta dejó mucho que desear, la señorita Karen dejó de contestar mis mensajes, jamás me facturó. Por este aspecto no lo recomiendo.

Excelente servicio y muy buenos platillos. Pocas botellas de vino, que tuvimos que cambiar de marca y uva porque no había más del mismo.

Simplemente no nos quedamos. De la variedad de mezcales que ofrecen en sus carta tenían únicamente dos y los más corrientes. Una desilusión total.
